Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 6/2016 regarding villages, it is said that regional governments are obliged to develop village information systems in implementing e-government towards good governance. In Indonesia, e-government continues to increase in number, but it is not accompanied by quality, including the Kemiriamba Village website. This study was aimed to measure the quality of the Kemiriamba Village website using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with 4 (four) instruments, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and Visual Quality. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The questionnaire data were 132 and were processed with SPSS software. The results of the analysis and measurement stated that the suitability level of the Kemiriamba Village website was 96.63%, and the average value of the gap was negative, which was -0.11, which meant that the performance level of the Kemiriamba Village website still did not meet user satisfaction and expectations, especially in Service Interaction Quality. The main priority that needs to be corrected and improved immediately is the website attribute; it should have a good reputation. Moreover, the questions, suggestions and complaints need to be processed as promised. The results of this study suggested the Kemiriamba Village website to immediately make improvements and development in order to become a qualified website towards good governance.
Seiring perkembangan media sosial dan tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk berpenampilan menarik, membuat pertumbuhan bisnis di bidang barbershop berkembang sangat pesat tidak hanya di kota besar bahkan hingga ke daerah-daerah. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik adalah salah satu strategi sukses dalam bisnis jasa. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan terbaik adalah pemberian informasi secara berkelanjutan seperti informasi diskon. Data pelanggan ini didapat dari sistem pengeolalaan data pelanggan. SQUAD Corporation Pemalang sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa barbershop juga menggunakan strategi tersebut dengan menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel. Belum menggunakan aplikasi yang khusus untuk pengelolaan data pelanggan memiliki kekurangan pada kesulitan mendapatkan data pelanggan karena sebagian pelanggan enggan mengisi data kunjungan. Penyampaian informasinya juga masih manual cek data telepon setiap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang nyaman bagi pelanggan dalam mengisi data kunjungan untuk kebutuhan pengembangan layanan Squad Corporation. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan software Rapid Application Development (RAD). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan malakukan kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian adalah desain Aplikasi Manajemen Kunjungan Pelanggan Barbershop Squad Corporation (AK-SQUAD).
Abstract:The Department of Transportation (DISHUB) of Tegal Regency as the organizer of the highway has difficulties in monitoring road equipment due to the small number of personnel with a fairly large work area. Complaints by the public regarding maintenance of road equipment such as lacking or damaged road equipment are needed by DISHUB as input to be more effective and quick in collecting road equipment data. The main objective of this research is to create alternative solutions that can help DISHUB in maintaining road equipment. Data collection techniques by observation, interview, and literature study. The Extreme Programming method is used as a software development method. The results of this research are the Geographical Information System of the Highway that can be utilized by DISHUB of Tegal Regency and the general public who can provide information on the location of road equipment, as well as road equipment complaints services. Penjadwalan maintenance peralatan menjadi salah suatu faktor pendukung yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membantu perusahaan dalam pembuatan penjadwalan maintenance peralatan jika penjadwalan maintenance peralatan tidak dikelola dengan baik dan terkomputerisasi kedepannya akan menimbulkan permasalahan bagi perusahaan terkait dengan waktu pakai mesin yang tidak dapat terkontrol dengan baik. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan sering terjadinya kerusakan dan pergantian peralatan, tentunya ini akan berdampak pada mahalnya biaya perawatan dan pemeliharan peralatan, Selain itu human error pada proses perekapan data penjadwalan dan pembuatan laporan yang dilakukan oleh pekerja menyebabkan pekerja kesulitan dalam menentukan jadwal maintenance peralatan secara berkala. Model pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model waterfall dengan tahapan dimulai dari tahapan requirements definition, system and software design, implementation. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu aplikasi penjadwalan maintenance peralatan berbasis website. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjadwalan maintenance peralatan diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menekan biaya perawatan dan pemeliharaan peralatan, serta dapat meminimalisir human error yang dilakukan oleh pekerja dalam menentukan jadwal maintenance peralatan secara berkala sehingga jangka waktu pakai mesin dapat terkontrol dengan baik.
