The authors determine the significance of the research of the value bases of the understanding of life activity by the representatives of the young generation for its productive inclusion in the system of social and industrial relations. The authors presented the results of the study of the axiological aspect of the idea of the success of university students belonging to the generation of centenials; The sample of the study was 591 students from three universities in Krasnoyarsk. The significance of success values was revealed by the method of S.A. Pakulina “The motivation for the success of university students.” The results of the study show that students’ perception of success contains a wide range of interrelated values. At the same time, the values of internalized (internally presented) success are of greater importance than the values of externalized (externally presented) success. The overall level of significance of the values of success is given by the cumulative effect of the values of the emotional state, personal success and the values of social significance. The authors describe the risks of such a structure of the axiological aspect of success for young people with a high focus on achievement.
The authors focus on the controversial situation of a large number of theoretical and practical works on psychological aspects of education, the high importance of hardiness for productive life of individuals in modern society and the absence of works exploring how parents influence the formation of hardiness in their children. The paper presents results of the study of the relationship between hardiness in young male and female students and the features of their subjective childhood image of family and current attitudes of their parents. The sample of the study was 119 students (43 males and 76 females).Methodological support of the research included the following: Hardiness test (Hardiness Survey by S. Muddi, adapted by D.A. Leontiev); two scales of the BIV questionnaire (Biographisches Inventar zur Diagnose von Verhaltenstörungen) revealing the nature of childhood image of family; the Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnostics technique assessing the key aspects of relationships. The results of the study showed that the level of hardiness in the subjects is closely related to the nature of their childhood images of family: the more positive the image is, the higher the hardiness. The relationship between hardiness and the current attitude of parents has both common and gender-specific trends. Parental care and high interest in preserving the child’s attachment impede the manifestation of hardiness in the young people. The gender specifics of those aspects of parental attitude that promote hardiness does not coincide with the generally accepted patterns.
Аннотация Проблема и цель. Педагогическое взаимодействие в современном вузе должно носить развивающий характер, опираться на понимание актуальных запросов общества и социально-психологических характеристик студенчества. Для российского общества особенно значимы вопросы реализации продуктивной мотивации молодежи, в первую очередь мотивации достижения успеха. В исследованиях мотивации достижения установлены ее процессуальные детерминанты и характеристики. При этом мало изучен аксиологический аспект, определяющий ее разворачивание в реальной жизнедеятельности. В соответствии с этим было проведено исследование структуры ценностных предпочтений успеха у современных студентов. Методическое обеспечение и база исследования. В исследовании использовалась методика «Мотивация достижения успеха студентов в вузе» С.А. Пакулиной. Методика предназначена для определения у студентов ценностного предпочтения разных аспектов успеха, сгрупированных в две тенденции: экстериоризированный и интериоризированный успех. Экстериоризированному успеху соответствуют категории: удача материальный уровень жизни, признание, власть. Интериоризованному успеху соответствуют категории: результат собственной деятельности, личный успех, успех как психическое состояние, преодоление препятствий призвание. В исследовании приняли участие студенты красноярских вузов (591 респондент). Обработка данных включала корреляционный анализ с использованием коэффициента Спирмена, факторный анализ, кластерный анализ (методом будущего соседа в евклидовом пространстве) и ранжирование. Результаты. Корреляционный анализ выявил, что все показатели значимости ценностей успеха связаны друг с другом положительными связями. Уровневый профиль значимости ценностей успеха
Currently, one of the leading orientations for determining the quality of life in many young minds is achieving success. The focus on success is the basis of achievement motivation, which activity is a psychological factor for economic growth, and this fact determines its high social significance. Psychologically competent provision of conditions for the productive implementation of pursuit for success implies understanding of its axiological aspect. A study of structural and typological features of the axiological aspect of modern students’ representation about success has been conducted. Respondents are 591 students of Krasnoyarsk universities. Methodology by S.A. Pakulina “Students’ Motivation to Achieve Success in University” has been applied. Data processing included descriptive statistics, correlation, factor and cluster analysis, as well as identification of significant differences. According to the study results, students’ representation of success is based on a wide range of values. At the same time, the values of interiorized (internally represented) success are of great importance for both humanitarian and technical students. The significance levels of various value aspects of success are interconnected in a positive way. The overall level of success values’ significance is determined by the cumulative effect of subjective and personal values, as well as values of social importance. In accordance with this, the strategy of developing psychological tools to help students in the productive implementation of the pursuit for success, should include formation of social interest, development of individual strategies for the implementation of social utility and skills for obtaining positive feedback in the process of achieving goals
