The article describes the case of application of basic principles in bridging therapy in a patient with previous replacement of the aortic valve in conducting intervention due to acute gangrenous calculouse cholecystitis with choledocholithiasis, purulem cholangitis, subhepatic abscess with drainage in abdominal cavity on the background of mixed Jaundice and constant oral anticoagulants.
