Synthesis and Conductivity of Solid Perovskite-Like Solutions (Bi,Sr)( Fe,Mn)O3.-The synthesis of solid solutions of Bi1-xSrxFeOy (x = 0.1-0.9) in air at 950-1100 • C is given. It is established that the distortion of their perovskite structure is diminished with increasing values of x (x = 0.1-0.2; rhombic; x = 0.3-0.9; cubic unit cell). Moreover, a limited series of solid solutions of the composition Bi0.7Sr0.3Fe1-yMnyOz (y ≤ 0.2 and y ≥ 0.8) with cubic or rhombic unit cell, resp., are prepared. All the prepared oxides display semiconductor properties. -(TOLOCHKO, S. P.; KONONYUK, I. F.; LOMONOSOV, V. A.; IVASHKEVICH, L. S.; LYAKHOV, A. S.; Neorg.
