Labuan Bajo is wellknown tourism destination to foreign countries. The uniqueness of Labuan Bajo is in the natural panorama and marine tourism. This makes Labuan Bajo become a super priority destination of Indonesia's tourism development. Tourism development includes attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary. Labuan Bajo is still faced with contraints regarding the development of the four components of tourism products, so that the tourism potential has not been optimally developed. The purpose of this study is to find out the tourism potential in Labuan Bajo, and contraints in the development of four components products. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation study methods are interpreted to obtain a comprehensive analysis. The results of the study show that many tourism potential that can be developed into a tourist attraction. All of this potential is supported by good amenities and branding of Labuan Bajo as a world class tourism destination. But there are fundamental problems in the development of tourism in Labuan Bajo. These problems are human resources that are not qualified in shaping tourist attraction, geographical conditions that require a lot of costs in developing accessibility, spatial planning that has not supported the development of amenities, and mismatches between the central government and local government in tourism development. This research was conducted based on the condition of the development of tourism on the island of Nusa Lembongan, aiming to find out the impact brought about by socio-economic conditions against the tourism society.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approach with mix method, the primary data source that are obtained by observations and direct interviews and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using the method of case study. This study shows tourism provides impact on society and the government on the island of Nusa Lembongan are seen from eight aspect among others : impact increasing of foreign exchange, impact toward local community income that increasing before tourism exist, impact toward higher prices than the real prices, impact toward employment for opportunity to local community, ownership and control of tourism accommodation, the distribution of benefits and advantage against indigenous village, development in general are seen from 4A tourism and government income of tax viewed from PHR. Advice can be given to government and businessman and tourism service on the island of Nusa Lembongan in the order of future improve the facilities, infrastructure supporting tourism, reinforce the rules on the division of the proceeds against the indigenous villages, improving access and employment for local community on the island of Nusa Lembongan. Tourism development should involve the local community as one of strakeholders interest in its management. Therefore local communities also have the right to be able to taste the economic benefits equitably. This study aims to determine the participation of local communities in the management in Ekowisata Kampoeng Kepiting Tuban, Bali. This research is important because local community participation in ecotourism can determine sustainable development The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative research, with qualitative observation, semi-structured interviews, and documents qualitative as well as using the concept of a tourist attraction, management and public participation theory to analyze the problems in the field. The results show management in Ekowisata Kampoeng Kepiting is organized by Fishermen Group Wanasari Tuban, Bali and the employees who work not only from members of the fishermen but also come from family members of fishermen. Bali Tourism has grown for the hundred years, but there has never been a mapping of its developmental stages and its future predictions. This article examines the development of tourism in Bali in the past, present, and future predictions, as well as discourse in each stage. Data were collected by literature study, observation, and in-depth interviews with diachronic informants. The main theory used is critical evolution and genealogy. This article offers a model of tourismemorphosis as a stage of tourism development along with its paradigms including the introduction stage, reaction stage, institutional stage, and compromise stage. The prediction of future Bali tourism development is to remain at the compromise stage with the transtourism paradigm that is paradigm with the effort of adjusting all tourism components to respond to the big and rapid changes of tourism globally. Always compromise, Bali tourism stakeholders in the future are still demanded to be creative in the future, customary government, market dynamics, IT development, customs, and religious rituals to survive or even move forward.
The purpose of this research is to know community participation in managing Bongkasa Pertiwi Village in Badung Regency. In this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources, while the type of data used is qualitative data. Methods of data collection through observation, interview and documentation study. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis technique and constrained by 4A concept, rural tourism concept, management concept and society participation concept. The research results obtained is Public participation is not optimal in managing tourist village, lack of public participation in planning, organizing, implementation and supervision because of the weakness of role of tourism village manager, low quality of human resources, socio-economic life of the community and lack of cooperation.
