Abstract Introduction: The prevalence of COVID-19 in Indonesia has increase especially in March to September 2020. One of the provinces affected by COVID-19 is Bali. This pandemic of COVID-19 makes the Bali’s local government publish various policies to reduce the prevalence of COVID-19. Traditional and religious leaders, youth leaders, political figures, and all elements of society in Bali has unite and more discipline to implementing the COVID-19 prevention protocol. To reduce the prevalence of COVID-19 in Bali, it is also needing to provide educate and give accurate information for the people of Bali. One of the solutions is to apply the concept of a family doctor, but as we see the pandemic situation, the whole society should apply physical distance for the prevention to COVID-19. Because of that, online health applications can be the effective solution to optimize health services, as the example is telemedicine. Discussion: The use of telemedicine is the one of solution for doctors and Bali’s people to reduce the prevalence of COVID-19 by maintaining distance and providing personal care services by online. The concept of this program is to create the educate applications and online consultations, and collaborating with Bali’s traditional villages to ask about the number of families that can access the internet, and for helping to optimize the distribution of services evenly. For the effective delivery of information about COVID-19 in Bali, the family doctor can collaborate with Bali’s traditional villages. Conclusion: According to research, family doctors play a very important role in the continuity of the patient's relationship with the doctor.
