The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of creating a group tourist monitoring application using Firebase Realtime Database. Foreign tourists tend to visit Bali in groups and choose tour packages offered by the travel. During a tour at a tourist site, tourists are often too far away from the group and are confused to go back to search for a group or tour leader. One way to overcome this problem is to utilize information technology by building a mobile-based application This application is intended for tourists who visit the place of tour in groups (group tour). Before starting the tour, every tourist will be lent a smart phone. In the smart phone there are android-based applications that send GPS coordinates, timing and identity code of tourists to the cloud server simultaneously. In this application is also given the facility "panic" is a facility that can be used by member group tourist to send a sign of confusion to their tour leader. Tour leader can see all the positions of his group members through the mobile device screen equipped with google map. This application is designed by using UML diagrams and using real-time firebase database. The test results of this application, show tour leader easier to monitor the movement of members of the tour group. Tour group members are also easier to see his own position and see the position of all his group tour.
This study aims to design and build a software to help micro and small business in making financial statements. The built software is a combination of web-based and mobilebased. Mobile-based software allows businesses to register financial transactions in various places and require relatively little electricity. So, the cost of investment in the field of information technology can be suppressed. This is appropriate for business owners who have small capital such as micro and small businesses. While the web-based display is required to display monthly reports that are done at the end of each month or the end of the year. The research methodology selected is the method of making software using Object Oriented Analysis and Object-Oriented Design. While the accounting standards used in the system using Financial Accounting Standards-Entities Without Public Accountability (FAS-EWPA). This application is designed using UML diagrams and MYSQL databases. The use of mobile financial has facilitated the actors of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in doing bookkeeping and produce financial statements.
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze credit sales policies and to find out how much the allowance for receivable losses should be established at Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort. This research uses qualitative data in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quantitative data in the form of aging schedules and sales data. The analytical tool used in the research is 5C analysis to analyze the crediting standards, credit sales policies using the checklist analysis method to analyze compliance with the credit sales policies, and the reserve method for calculating receivable losses. The results showed that the implementation of credit sales policies had not been carried out optimally, management of Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort has implemented its credit policy, but there are still several policies that have not been implemented properly according to set standards. This can be seen throught the result of the checklist analysis that have been carried out. Meanwhile, for the credit standard, the management has not implemented the 5C principle maximally. The amount of bad debts is classified as high, so it is necessary to establish a reserve allowance for bad debts to minimize the risk of uncollectible accounts.
