During the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities at educational institutions were requested by the government to be carried out online. Therefore, there are no more learning activities carried out face-to-face in the classroom. This research was conducted to provide an overview of the online learning model in fully online elearning with the blended learning method. By using this model, students do not need to open many platforms in carrying out learning activities. The innovation target to be achieved is the creation of an integrated online learning model in E-Learning at the Bali State Polytechnic Learning Management System. The method used in this research is development research design, starting from problem identification, model design, expert validation, and model testing. The data collected is qualitative data, namely the results of product quality assessments from experts and student responses. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the fully online e-learning model was feasible to be used as an online learning model. This is indicated by the results of the expert's assessment on the material and media aspect of 4 (Good). Likewise, the results of student assessments showed an average score of 4 (Good).
The Bali Mandiri Cooperative is a cooperative that operates in the savings and loan sector. Data processing of savings and loan activities submitted in credit applications is still done manually so that the credit department must make the right decisions, especially if there are doubts in determining decisions for prospective borrowers, where the doubts are because the criteria for prospective borrowers are almost the same, this is having an impact on the company if the wrong decision occurs in the event of bad credit. The decision support system using Rank Order Centroid (ROC) calculations and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method compares manual and system calculations that show the same results. This system includes data management which provides for managing data criteria, attribute value data, and submitting data (credit applicant data, data selection period, data submission, and decision support system process). This data will produce a credit applicant report and a credit applicant selection report.
Pendidikan menjadi faktor penting dalam mencerdaskan generasi bangsa, di Indonesia terdapat program belajar 9 tahun yang menjadi landasan bagi setiap siswa pada setiap jenjang sekolah. Tidak jarang terdapat beberapa siswa yang kebingungan dalam memilih sekolah lanjutan, sehingga masih banyak siswa yang masih salah memilih pilihan, karena tidak selalu menyesuaikan dengan potensi akademik, hanya mengikuti ajakan teman untuk melanjutkan ke sekolah lanjutan, maupun dorongan dari orang tua. Sehingga, ketika melanjutkan sekolah menjadi kurang semangat dan tidak optimal mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian bertujuan dalam mendukung siswa untuk mengetahui alternatif sekolah lanjutan yang sesuai dengan potensi akademik siswa dan atribut penilaian dalam penelitian. Metode dalam penelitian adalah Naïve Bayes karena mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi sekolah lanjutan dengan mencari nilai probabilitas terbesar dari atribut penilaian yang digunakan dalam penelitian nilai mata pelajaran, nilai prakarya dan nilai bidang ekstrakurikuler yang diminati. Hasil rekomendasi sekolah lanjutan bagi siswa SMP Negeri 3 Seririt dapat menjadi informasi serta berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan Confusion Matrix terhadap 40 data siswa menghasilkan perhitungan accuracy sebesar 58,33%, perhitungan precision sebesar 75% dan perhitungan recall sebesar 43%. Berdasarkan pengujian diperoleh bahwa metode Naïve Bayes dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi sekolah lanjutan bagi siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 3 Seririt.
Kantor desa Ketewel, Gianyar Bali memiliki beberapa inventaris yang perlu untuk dicatat dan didata. Pada setiap ruangan di Kantor Desa Ketewel memiliki Inventarisasi yang berbeda-beda, misalnya di Ruang Tata Usaha, Gudang, Dapur, Ruang Rapat, Front Office, Ruang Sekretaris Desa, dan Ruang Kepala Desa, Inventarisasi Gedung dan Gedung, Inventarisasi Peralatan dan Mesin, Inventarisasi Jalan, Irigasi dan Jaringan, Inventarisasi Tanah dan aset tetap lainnya. Namun pendataan barang masih dilakukan pencatatan manual untuk melihat apakah kondisi barang masih layak pakai atau harus diganti di setiap ruangan di Kantor Desa. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi inventaris pada Kantor Desa Ketewel berbasis web yang meliputi data barang masuk, data barang keluar, pengajuan Inventarisasi, jenis Stocktaking, kamar, perhitungan penyusutan dan berupa laporan barang masuk, laporan barang keluar, laporan keseluruhan dan laporan penyusutan. Menggunakan perancangan terstruktur yaitu Data Flow Diagram serta metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan metode kepustakaan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi Inventarisasi pada Kantor Desa Ketewel berbasis Web dengan pengujian black box telah dilakukan dengan total 12 skenario pengujian.
