Masalah karakter generasi muda kini mendapat banyak perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Mulai dari menurunnya nilai etika dan moral, hingga semakin bertambahnya masalah pergaulan bebas. Terlebih lagi, Bali dikenal sebagai kawasan wisata, di mana orang-orang muda sangat dekat dengan perkembangan zaman dan modernisasi yang cepat. Di sisi lain, sayangnya, pendidikan agama yang ditujukan pada generasi muda umat Hindu di Bali dianggap sangat rendah. Porsi pelajaran agama di sekolah masih sangat terbatas sehingga diperlukan peningkatan pemahaman agama melalui pola pasraman non-formal yang fokus pada pendidikan karakter. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menginternalisasi pendidikan karakter Hindu melalui pembelajaran Bhagavad Gita Berbasis Digital di Pasraman Gopisvara Buleleng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan rasionalistik. Sementara itu, data dicari melalui survei primer dan sekunder dengan tinjauan studi literatur. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan responden yang kompeten atau berpengaruh. Tujuan diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode/metode analisis stakeholder.

Eksistensi widya pasraman di Bali sebagai upaya rekonstruksi pola pendidikan Hindu di masa kuno kini disambut baik masyarakat. Widya pasraman diyakini mampu menghadirkan pola pendidikan yang bukan hanya menekankan pada kecerdasan intelektual semata, tetapi juga moral dan karakter. Namun, di tengah harapan besar tersebut, widya pasraman di Bali kini berjuang keras bersaing melawan hegemoni sekolah-sekolah umum dalam bingkai pendidikan modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perjuangan widya pasraman di Bali dalam melawan hegemoni model pendidikan modern. Sementara, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif etnografi dengan pendekatan verstehen (pendalaman/penghayatan). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah catatan perjuangan widya pasraman agar diakui setara dengan sekolah berbasis pendidikan modern, catatan perjuangan widya pasraman pada data pokok pendidikan (dapodik) dan catatan perjuangan widya pasraman dalam upaya dikenal luas oleh masyarakat Bali. Adapun kontribusi praktis dalam penelitian ini adalah agar perjuangan widya pasraman diketahui oleh masyarakat luas dan kedepannya masyarakat dapat memberikan dukungan dan secara akademis diharapkan dapat memberikan diferensiasi pemahaman pada penelitian yang mengambil lokus widya pasraman melalui pendekatan sosiologi pendidikan agama Hindu.
Many women in Indonesia have advanced in their education. Many also enter the public sphere and play a dual role. The inclusion of women in the public sphere is a portrait of the independence of Indonesian women. Although the public domestic dichotomy is still a long discussion, Balinese Hindu women have succeeded in making achievements in various sectors, including women who have additional duties as leaders in universities. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the leadership performed by Balinese Hindu women on the dynamics of Hindu Religious University (PTKH) in Denpasar. The discussion is carried out using phenomenological theory, which provides an interpretation or meaning of the subjective, phenomenological experiences of Balinese Hindu women leaders on the dynamics of PTKH as human resource development. This research was conducted with a qualitative design, using in-depth interview techniques and literature study. The conclusions obtained are: 1) the task is carried out by managing the time allocation between the domestic-public carefully, responsibly, and committed; 2) in problem solving, Hindu women's leadership style uses situational leadership style; 3) prioritizing a work culture based on kinship, proper communication, working smart, working sincerely, and based on regulations/procedures, so that they dare to appear in a healthy competition; 4) lifelong learning.
