ABSTRAK Efisiensi penyaluran menjadi dasar dalam penyaluran air irigasi pada sistem irigasi subak. Kondisi efisiesnsi penyaluran pada telabah aya dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fisik saluran, khususnya bergantung pada jenis lining saluran yang digunakan. lining saluran yang diterapkan di subak Kabupaten Badung menjadi bukti bahwa pengaplikasian lining banyak berpengaruh dalam penyaluran irigasi. Dibutuhkan informasi tentang besarnya efisiensi penyaluran pada jenis lining yang diterapkan pada telabah sebagai nilai acuan dasar dalam kegiatan pembagian air irigasi kedepannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei kuantitatif dengan pengamatan lining dan pengukuran langsung variabel debit pada telabah aya. Pengamatan lining yang dilakukan berdasarkan 30 objek telabah aya dengan lining saluran yang ada di subak Kabupaten Badung. Pengukuran kecepatan aliran dilakukan dengan instrumen pelampung dan ukuran penampang aliran diukur dengan rollmeter. Pengukuran variabel debit dilakukan di hulu dan hilir telabah aya untuk mendapatkan besarnya debit awal dan debit akhir sebagai dasar dalam penentuan efisiensi penyaluran. Jenis lining saluran yang digunakan pada telabah aya di Kabupaten Badung adalah tipe batu sebanyak 77% dan beton l-shape sebanyak 23%. Nilai efisiensi penyaluran untuk telabah aya dengan lining batu sebesar 75,20% dan tipe beton l-shape sebesar 93,07%. Perbedaan nilai efisiensi ini disebabkan karena keadaan kondisi lining saluran pada masing-masing telabah aya. ABSTRACT The efficiency of distribution becomes the basis in the distribution of irrigation water in subak irrigation systems. The condition of the distribution efficiency in telabah aya is influenced by the physical condition of the canal, particularly depending on the type of lining canal used. The application of lining canals in Subak, Badung Regency is proof that it has a lot of influence in irrigation distribution. The information on the distribution efficiency is required for the lining of telabah as a basic reference value in irrigation water distribution. The method used in this study is quantitative surveys and lining observations, and direct measurements of debit variables in telabah aya. Lining observations are based on 30 objects with lining canals in Badung regency. The flow speed measurement was carried out using buoy instruments. The size of the flow cross-section was measured with a roll meter. Measurement of water discharge was performed upstream and downstream of telabah aya to get the amount of initial discharge and final discharge as a basis for determining the efficiency of distribution. The lining canal used in telabah aya in Badung Regency is 77% types of stone and l-shape concrete as much as 23%. The value of distribution efficiency for telabah aya with stone lining by 75.20% and l-shape concrete type by 93.07%. This difference in efficiency value is due to the lining canal conditions in each telabah aya.
