This study aims to find out and analyze how the training provided affects work motivation and how it impacts on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan performance. The population of this study was all 4,445 employees of the BPJS Employment Office. The sample in this study, based on the Issac and Michael table with 5% apha, was 323 people (headquarters employees). Sample collection using simple random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL 8.70 program. This study shows that (1) Training influences work motivation. (2) Motivation influences employee performance. (3) Training influences employee performance (4) Training and motivation together influence employee performance (5) Training has an indirect effect on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable.
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job promotions on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar. The number of research samples were 84 employees. Determination of the sample using saturated or census means that all employees are respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0.The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a significant positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar, this is evidenced by the value of the coefficient B for X1 is positive and the significant value of t (X1) <0.05. Similarly, promotion has a significant positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar, this is evidenced by the value of the coefficient B X2 is positive and the significant value of t (X2) <0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement, self esteem, self efficacy on employee performance. The study was conducted on three small companies in Bali in 2019. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires, with a total of 75 respondents. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation analysis and t test with the application of SPSS V.23 for Windows. An indicator of success that must be considered in business implementation is the realization of high performance. This study aims to determine the effect of communication on employee performance, to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and to determine the effect of work climate on employee performance at Mercure Resort Sanur Bali. This research was conducted at Mercure Resort Sanur Bali. The background for choosing this location was because there were problems related to communication, emotional intelligence and work climate in an effort to improve employee performance at Mercure Resort Sanur Bali. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents and the data analysis method used in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, coefficient of determination test, and statistical t test. with the analysis program, namely SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Work Climate have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Mercure Resort Sanur Bali.
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Brand Image, Price, and Promotion to Consumer Decision at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk UI Depok Branch. The method used in this research is by randomly distributing questionnaires to consumers in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch of UI Depok have obtained mortgage financing. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regeresi, the result of this research indicates that the significant positive effect on consumer decision, brand image has a significant positive effect on consumer decision, the price has a significant positive effect on consumer decision and the promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer decision.
