Analysis of the problem on preparing future primary school teachers for the organization of pupils’ labor training. The preparation of future primary school teachers for organizing labor training of young learners in the educational process of high school has been analyzed in the article. The essence and structure of the “readiness of future teachers to organize labor training of young learners” phenomenon have been revealed. The preparation of future primary school teachers for the organization of labor training of young learners in the educational process of high school has been monitored. The problems of young learners’ labor training have been discussed, and the forms and methods for preparing future primary school teachers for the organization of labor training have been developed. Preparation as a general concept is interpreted as an organized, purposeful long-term educational process in different types of educational institutions whose ultimate aim is to achieve the readiness to carry out professional pedagogical activities in a particular specialty. Readiness of future primary school teachers to organize labor training is interpreted as a result of preparing students during their studies at a higher pedagogical institution, as the state of the future teacher who has mastered the system of knowledge on productive, project technologies. The formation of future primary school teachers’ readiness is not a spontaneous or involuntary process. This is a systematic and purposeful activity.

The problem of studying the pedagogical conditions for effective formation of designer's competency of future fine arts teachers is considered in the article. Analyzing academic literature on the researched problem enabled us to determine the following pedagogical conditions of effective formation of designer's competency of future fine arts teachers during training, namely: 1) creating information-educational environment by way of using multimedia technologies that enables gaining of designing activity experience by students; 2) mastering new methods and means of art activity and perceiving the artistic image; complex application of transformation of media-innovations in artistic-professional activity of future fine art teacher. Questionnaire survey among students with application of media technologies has been carried out. Spreading of the Internet created a unique environment where varies types of verbal, visual and audial information are synthesized. Media environment also caused changes in the content of artistic-professional activity and artistic creativity of design specialist. Still until recently designing of an artistic image was carried out under the traditional method, namely: the artist using analogues, imagination or a countless sketches and drafts chose the samples being the most successful by form or emotional characteristics by compounding or stylizing them by artistic means. It was discovered that design competency is being applied through future fine arts teacher's creativity through understanding of cultural-aesthetic, visual-communicative problems of designing activity, ability to set artistic-image, construction-technological, communicative-informational tasks and to settle them with visual-artistic means.

In article problems of the competent approach in formation professionally-pedagogical culture of the future teachers are considered.

У статті розглянуті питання формування професійної компетентності майбутніх вчителів початкових класів в умовах сучасного закладу вищої освіти. Для розв’язання завдань дослідження використано теоретичні методи: аналіз і систематизація психолого-педагогічної і навчально-методичної літератури з метою визначення стану і теоретичного обґрунтування проблеми формування професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи в умовах сучасного закладу вищої освіти; методи емпіричного дослідження: цілеспрямоване спостереження за діяльністю учителів початкових класів і студентів, анкетування; тестування; методи математичної статистики (статистична обробка результатів експериментальної роботи та їх інтерпретація) з метою перевірки достовірності результатів дослідження. Визначено поняття педагогічної компетентності вчителя початкової школи та вивчено можливості формування професійно-педагогічної культури студентів у сучасній вищій школі. Експериментальна програма включала педагогічні задачі, ситуації і реалізовувалася у три етапи. Аналіз експериментального матеріалу довів залежність між упровадженням у навчальний процес запропонованої експериментальної програми і формуванням професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи. На основі діагностування й тестування встановлювалися рівні сформованості якостей майбутнього учителя початкової школи, проводилася певна робота щодо їх удосконалення.
