The polarization is examined of 585th hallmark (14 karat) standard jewelry gold alloys of different colors (red, European yellow, and white) using bipolar current pulses with different amplitude-time parameters aimed at optimizing the electrochemical polishing modes.
The features of the electrochemical polishing of complex shaped jewelry made of different gold alloys by unipolar and bipolar current pulses have been considered. A comparison with the other polishing processes has been carried out.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
