Based on the authentic guidelines for junior high school teachers, the assessment focuses on how assessment can improve the abiolity of students in teaching and learning process to be carried out through three approaches: “Assessment of Learning, Assessment for Learning, Assessment as Learning.” This is in fact in the field of state junior high school educators need to know the authentic assesment profile that is applied based on the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to detrmine the ability and skills to carry out authentic assesment during the learning processes, to determine learning success and improvement of learning, or as a way to find out the implementation of 2013 curriculum authentic assessment profile for junior high school teachers in Mataram. The type of research used is descriptive with a survey approach. The time of the study was carried out from the end of May to October 2018. Subjects were biology teachers in junior high schools in Mataram, SMP Negeri 2, 4 and SMP Negeri 13 Mataram. Techniques for collecting data is qualitative/descriptive with questionnaires, documents, and interviews: The profile and ability to develop authentic cognitive domain assessments was carried out reaching to 100% of 21 integrated science (Biology) teachers of Junior High School in Mataram which were compiled and implemented in Daily Task inform of essay/subjectively structure and objective questions (multiple choice) reaching up to 90% according to the 2013 curriculum based on Minister of Education and Culture no. 22 of 2016. The profile and ability to develop psychomotoric assessment was compiled and implemented by 21 integrated science (biology) teahers of Junior High School in Mataram in form of practicum &work performance reachingup to 97% and modification of teachers/students textbook reach up to 85 %categoried as very good. The profile and ability to develop assessment in affective domain was implemented with techniques and instruments in form of attitude and self-assessment that reached 90% with very good categories (exactly the same as the format of the assessment guidelines) in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and modification forms reached up to 27% categoried as very less. Penguasaaan konsep IPA siswa SMPN 2 Kayangan masih tergolong rendah. Rendahnya penguasaan konsep IPA siswa disebabkan karena pembelajaran IPA cenderung masih berpusat pada guru (teacher centered learning). Solusinya adalah menggunakan model pembelajaran POE (predict-observe-explain) yang mampu meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran POE (predict-observe-explain) dalam meningkatan penguasaan konsep IPA siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Kayangan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non Equivalence Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Kayangan tahun 2019. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Purposive Sampling sehingga didapatkan kelas VII1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VII2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data yaitu tes penguasaan konsep berupa soal pilihan ganda. Model pembelajaran POE dan konvensional kedua-duanya dapat efektif meningkatkan penguasaan konsep IPA kelas VII di SMPN 2 Kayangan, akan tetapi peningkatan nilai rata-rata N-gain untuk kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model POE lebih tinggi (0.8) dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (0.6).
Tourism is a sector that gives huge contributions specifically the income to the economy for the goverment and people who live in Bali. Far from the pandemic of Covid-19, the central and the local governments were carrying out developments in the tourism sector which were implemented in the form of tourism villages. The development of a tourism village must be balanced with community participation which will greatly affect the progress of the tourism village itself, because the community plays a significant role as the host and the manager of the tourism village. This research aims to analyze the local community’s participation and the factors that influence the local community’s participation in managing the Tourism Village of Tenganan Pegringsingan in Karangasem Regency. The technique of collecting data was obtained through observation, survey, interview, documentation, and literature study. The research instrument was carried out by distributing questionnaires consisting of 16 indicators that is includes 5 (five) variables in the forms of participation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Moreover, the data was obtained used descriptive qualitative analysis. The research results showed that the participation of strength had the highest average score of 3,64 which belongs to the category (often), and wealth participation had the lowest average score 2,50 belonging to the category (ever). The participation of the local community’s in Tenganan Pegringsingan Village dominates the skills participation, however, was less enthusiastic in participating in ideas. Factors that influence the are dominated by people aged 26-35 with the male gender. For education, the people who dominated are the community at the high school level specifically by people who work as traders with an income level of Rp. 1.100.000 – Rp. 3.000.000. Moreover, it is dominated by people who have lived for 16-30 years.
This paper tries to seek answer on how foreign and domestic tourist visiting Labuan Bajo move inside the tourist destination. It is written based on a research result done by the student of Tourist Destination Study Program, of STP Nusa Dua Bali. This is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected through survey, observation, documentation and interview from primary source of data as well as from secondary source. The population from which the sample for this research derived were the international and domestic tourist visiting Labuan Bajo. Total sample of the research were 200, consist of 160 sample representing foreign tourist, and 40 sample representing domestic tourist. The sample determination method were purposive accidental method. Result of the research shows that there are differences between movements of foreign tourist and domestic tourist visiting Labuan Bajo. The difference were based the gate from where the tourist enter Labuan Bajo, the tourist destination visited before Labuan Bajo, their movement pattern, the tourist attraction they visited, and the tourist destination visited after Labuan Bajo.
