The article presents the problems faced by the teachers in government schools of Bahawalpur. From the last decade the problems are increasing and came into the comments by the several associations and institutes. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the problems solutions and recommendations to solve the existing phenomena. Data from the different schools of the city are included. There is a great association between teachers' problem and the behaviors of the students regarding their studies. Other prominent factors like poverty, lack of motivation, lack of skills, lack of training, and lack of fringe benefits are discussed. The analysis of data allow us how to focus the uncover/hidden areas of difficulties. The recommendations provide a clear framework about the current problem.
Orientation:This probing study conducted to explain various advantages of Green HRM in all types of businesses such as having green products, environmental safety products, efficient use of natural resources etc. Purpose:The main purpose this study is to identify the advantages and importance of GHRM adopted by the business organizations. Through this research it is also investigated that how the firm can improve its HR practices by emerging the policies with GHRM and what methods can be adopt to increase the efficiency of workforce. Design/Approach/Methodology: It is qualitative type of research in which a conceptual framework has been developed through the thorough study of previous work on GHRM. Practical implications:This research provides the recommendations for HR managers to improve HR system in their organizations and also this research can be used as literature review in future researches. Contribution:In this study literature review presented firstly which comprehensively describe that what the GHRM is and what is the importance of the implementation of GHRM in various organizations.
Orientation:This probing study conducted to explain various issues while implementing performance management system (PM system) such as employee's dissatisfaction, insufficient training and carrier opportunities and communication gap between senior and operational management. Researcher has taken Habib Bank Limited (HBL) as study. Purpose:The main purpose for which this study conducted is to identify the challenges and issues faced by a banking organization (HBL) while implementing PM system. Through this research it is also investigated that how the firm can improve its PM system and what methods can be adopted to increase the efficiency of workforce. Design/Approach/Methodology: In order to collect and interpret data for this research qualitative research method as well as case study method has been used. Semi structured interviews were conducted from the manager and operational staff of the bank so that the existing issues could be find. Findings:Outcomes of the current research shown that the firm is facing many challenges related to PM system such as employees dissatisfaction about job as well as pay packages, less carrier opportunities etc which can be resolve by minimizing communication gap between senior and operational management, by reviewing performance continuously instead of conducing appraisal at the end of the year, by giving proper training and proper reward system. Research limitations:This research is conducted on short level within a city; further research can be conducted in order to validate findings for the said organization.
