This study aims to determine: 1) Primary School Teachers' Ability in utilizing ICT-based learning media in Banda Aceh City; and 2) Differences in the average of students interest in learning taught by high, medium and low competence teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media.This research is conducted in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study are public elementary schools equipped with wifi and at least B accredited consisting of 42 schools. The research method used is a quantitative method with a comparative type. Data collection techniques ae carried out by observation techniques, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses one-way ANAVA. The results of the study show that: (1) The ability of elementary school teachers to utilize ICT-based learning media in Banda Aceh is in the medium category. (total score = 170.22, this is in the range 140 ≤ X <220); and (2) There is a significant difference between the average of students interest in learning taught by high, medium and low competence teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media. (F count = 40,205 with sig. = 0,000 <0,05).
Geothermal as a newest natural resource for Indonesian. PLTP PT. Indonesia Power as one of subsidiaries of PLN that is focused on generating using geothermal resource. One of the important components in the system of PLTP is a generator. PLTP Kamojang had been operating for about ±30 years, where there are still some problems that will reduce the efficiency of generator. The generator at PLTP Kamojang unit 2 must be operated more than 90% so that it will be able to supply electric power for 150kV. If the generator operated with the efficiency under 80%, so the supply of energy will not be maximum, because there are so much energy of electric lost caused by the losses in the generator. That is why needs to be analyzed toward the efficiency of the generator, whether the generator still works optimum or not. The result of analyses from the month of February 2019 as long as 1 month, found that the efficiency of generator unit 2 is about 92,89%. If comparing by the efficiency of generator as design as much as 98,4%. The efficiency value of the generator unit 2 Kamojang is decreased for about 5,51%. This condition showed that the generator still reliable one in supllying electric power.
The audiobook does not only involves multiple senses of the students, but also the inclusion of its speech, helping them to improve their comprehension. This study sought to investigate the effects' of audiobook on students' reading comprehension, and to find out students' interest in audiobooks on the teaching of reading. The mixed method called the Quan-qual model applied at this study. Some sixty eleventh-grade students participated, and data were collected by employing reading comprehension tests and questionnaires (open-ended questions). The quantitative data analyzed using paired and independent sample t-test through SPSS 20 Version, and the qualitative data analyzed through an open-coding technique. The use of audiobook was more effective than the non-audiobook. It is proven by the comparison of the mean score from both of the groups which (68.00 ˃ 48.80). The p-value in the post-test is .000, and the level of significance is α 0.05, the p-value is smaller than α (.000<0.05). The hypothesis testing found that t-value = 14.699 was higher than t-table = 2.045 (p=.000, df=29); it means that Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. Another, the students are interested in using audiobooks because it stimulating, challenging, available, powerful and innovative in the reading activity. In the span of 74 years of Indonesia's independence, poverty, unemployment and social inequality remain major problems in national development. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded that as of March 2018, the number of poor people in Indonesia reached 25.95 million people or 9.82 percent of the total population of Indonesia. Seeing the problems that are so complex, it should be to pay attention to one solution in Islam to be able to prosper the community. Islam as rahmatan li al-‘a>lami>n has a solution through zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) instruments. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam consisting of shaha>dah, prayer, zakat, fasting and pilgrimage for those who are able. This study aims to analyze the level of efficiency of zakat management institutions in Indonesia in the period 2012-2016. The subjects in this study were the national zakat management organization with a purposive sampling technique. Of the 19 OPZs listed in the Ministry of Finance, two OPZs are chosen, namely the Rumah Zakat and Dompet Dhuafa. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. The object examined is the financial statements for the period 2012-2016. The method used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with the production approach, input-output orientation and CRS assumptions. The results of this study show relative efficiency. National zakat management organization namely Rumah Zakat with a production approach, input-output orientation and CRS assumptions have Efficiency with 100% annual score. In the production approach, input-output orientation and the assumption of CRS Dompet Dhuafa have been Efficient in the first 3 years, namely in 2012, 2013 and 2014. However, in 2015 there was efficiency with an efficiency score of 78.71% and in 2016 it was 64.33%. A PVC membrane based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coated directly on graphite electrode for determination of heavy metals in real soil sample is describes. The composite membranes have been prepared by using methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate (EGDMA) as cross linker. MAA was chosen as a functional monomer, as it capable of strong electrostatic interactions with heavy metals. The chemical behaviour of the thin film (MIP) were characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The proposed electrode can be used in the pH range of 4.5-8.5 and revealed good selectivity for heavy metals over a wide variety of ions. Finally, the designed electrode was successfully applied as an indicator electrode to determine concentration of heavy metals in soil.
