The present study developed and tested an integrative model of the work-family interface consist of work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict on affective commitment directly and indirectly through emotional exhaustion. In recognizing the highly stressful nature of the microfinance profession, analyses were based on existing questionnaire data from 244 participants (204 male and 40 female officers) who were full-time professional employees of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) -village credit institutions in Bali. Two of four hypotheses are rejected in this study. In addition, the study has shown that emotional exhausting has a mediating effect on the relationship between work-family conflict and affective commitment. This pattern of mediating role is not suitable in the relationship between family-work conflict and affective commitment. Results also generally provide support for further research; the limitations and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
In general, managing an organization or company is optimizing various existing resources so that organizational goals are achieved properly. Human resources are the most important among existing resources because they will mobilize and optimize other resources. In hospitals, nurses are one such asset. So if the hospital wants its assets to remain good, then the hospital must maintain its assets. One of the causes of the desire to quit is the high workload and burnout among nurses. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of burnout on the turnover intention by moderating job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected through a questionnaire instrument (Likert Scale) which had been tested for validity and reliability. In contrast, the sample is determined to be as many as 70 people with an incidental sampling technique. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The results of the study stated that: Burnout had a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of nurses at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar. Job satisfaction is not a moderating effect of burnout on the turnover intention of nurses at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar. Organizational commitment is not a moderator of the effect of burnout on nurses' turnover intention at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar. Job satisfaction is not a moderating effect of burnout on the turnover intention of nurses at Bali Royal Hospital Denpasar. The company's management plays an important role in maintaining the sustainability of the company's operations and also in the company's overall assessment. Having reliable management is important, but a company leader also requires an analysis of financial ratios. The capital market is now increasingly in demand by the public. Not only as a source of funding for companies, is the capital market now a means for investors to invest. The average profitability as an instrument for investors to invest in fluctuating pharmaceutical companies tends to decline. This allows investors to experience risk. For that investors need to know what the factors that can affect profitability are. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial ratios used are the company's profitability ratios, returns on assets, Debt to Equity Ratio. Data collected by documentation study through www.idx.co.idthen analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of software SPSS V.21, The results show that there is a positive and insignificant relationship between total asset turnover and Return on Assets, there is a positive and significant relationship between the current ratio and the Return on Assets in pharmaceutical and health companies, and there is a negative and insignificant relationship between the debt to equity ratio. Based on the results of the study, suggestions that can be given to the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies are to increase the use of the company's current assets such as maintaining cash flow, managing inventory and controlling accounts receivable. And can increase the use of corporate debt to increase the company's assets which are expected to increase company profits.
Currently, the role of women is not only about taking care of their husband, children or household. The number of women seeking work will increase significantly worldwide. Many women work in companies, hospitals, manufacturing and other workplaces. The shift in values in society regarding working women has increased from the previous decade. Women have the same opportunity to get higher education and employment opportunities as men. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the moderation of work experience on the influence of work flexibility and work motivation on the performance of female motorcycle taxi drivers in Denpasar city. The subjects in this study were female drivers in the city of Denpasar. Descriptive measurements and analysis were carried out to obtain a picture or portrait of the respondents. The results of these descriptive measurements are then used as a basis for statistical analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire instrument with a 5- point Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. While the sample was determined as many as 80 people with incidental sampling technique. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The results showed that work experience succeeded in moderating the effect of work flexibility and work experience on the performance of female gojek driver in Denpasar City.
Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di desa Cempaga adalah meningkatkan pemahaman warga desa tentang keberadaan tanah adat khususnya tanah PKD. Isu yang diangkat adalah eksistensi hak penguasaan atas tanah adat dan upaya penguatan hak penguasaan desa adat terhadap tanah PKD di desa adat Cempaga. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada warga desa adat. Dengan diberlakukannya keputusan menteri ATR/BPN nomer 276 / KEP – 19.2 / X / 2017 dinyatakan bahwa desa adat merupakan subjek hak komunal dalam pendaftaran tanah. Ketentuan ini diperkuat dengan diberlakukannya peraturan Menteri ATR/BPN nomer 6 tahun 2018 tentang pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap (PTSL) yang menentukan bahwa tanah adat wajib di daftarkan. Mengacu kepada regulasi tersebut tanah PKD di desa Cempaga dapat didaftarkan atas nama desa adat Cempaga. Ketentuan ini diperkuat oleh PERDA Propinsi Bali tentang desa adat yang menyatakan bahwa tanah adat didaftarkan atas nama desa adat, sehingga kedudukan desa adat dalam penguasaan tanah adat adalah sangat kuat.
