Willingness to Pay More (WTPM) for green product is still being debated, because some consumers are behaving that it is the obligation of producers and governments to provide environmentally friendly products, informing them without setting a high price so that buying intentions and consumer confidence arise to buy and consume it. Likewise among millennials, who tend to be more critical in their attitude towards the environment. This study aims to determine the effect of ecolabeling on consumers' willingness to pay more for green products through purchase intentions.
This study aims to analyze the effect of mobile banking, trust, and customer satisfaction on Bank Muamalat Indonesia DKI Jakarta Branch. The sample in this study cover 124 respondents using non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Smart PLS application. The results of this study prove that the relationship of mobile banking services to trust is significant, mobile banking to satisfaction is significant, trust to satisfaction is significant, and trust is able to be an intervening variable in this study that mediates the influence of mobile banking on customer satisfaction.
Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang is one heritage building in Bandung. However, its existence as a Heritage Building is still less known by the public in society Bandung. The attitude of the people of Bandung to Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang just a meeting place that can only be visited by people of Bandung that are members of the society. This study aims to determine the attitude of the people of Bandung to the existence of Balai Pertemuan Bumi Sangkuriang as a heritage building. This study took a sample of 100 respondents by job. Data were processed using simple regression models.The results showed a significant influence on the attitude of the people in Bandung against BPBS Building existence as a Heritage Building. Perceptions of Attitudes Bandung society to Buildings BPBS rated Good. Similarly, public assessment of the existence of the building BPBS Bandung as a Heritage Building also rated Good.A good assessment of the attitude of the people of Bandung to the existence BPBS building as a heritage building, but managers still need to increase efforts to inform BPBS building as one of the heritage building in the city of Bandung. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat pengguna jasa angkot trayek 03 Cianjur baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Sebanyak 385 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji signifikan simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen, harga, dan kualitas layanan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikan parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan konsumen dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, untuk variabel kualitas layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat beli. Kata kunci: Kepercayaan Konsumen, Harga, Kualitas Layanan dan Minat Beli ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence consumer trust, price, and service quality have on the interest of users of public transportation services on the 03 Cianjur route, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses a descriptive and verifikatif method. A total of 385 respondents were involved in this study. The results of the simultaneous significant test (F test) show that consumer trust, price, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the results of the partial significant test (t-test) show that the variables of consumer trust and price have a positive and significant effect, for the service quality variable does not have a partially significant effect on buying interest
Pemasaran sangat penting dalam sebuah usaha terutama UMKM yang masih banyak menemui hambatan dalam memasarkan produknya. Penerapan pemasaran digital pada UMKM sangat dibutuhkan menginngat pada saat ini semuanya serba IOT (Internet of Things) yang mengkibatkan bergesernya perilaku konsumen yang awalnya berbelanja secara offline menjadi online, dan pelaku UMKM harus bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan kondisi serba digital saat ini. Pemasaran yang tidak berbasis digital akan mengakibatkan kurang mengetahuinya masyarakat terhadap produk UMKM, efeknya akan menghambat penjualan produk dari UMKM tersebut. Sosialisasi penerapan digital marketing pada pelaku UMKM bisa menningkatn omset dari UMKM. Metode sosialisasi yang melibatkan diskusi dan penerapan pemasaran digital pada UMKM kepada 25 orang pelaku UMKM di lingkungan Desa Lebakmuncang. Adapun kegiatan berupa sosialiasi mengenai UMKM, Pemasaran, dan pemasaran digital dilanjutkan dengan post-test mengenai seberapa paham pelaku UMKM terhadap pemasaran digital. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi penerapan pemasaran digital pada pelaku UMKM di desa Lebakmuncang bisa memberikan efek kepada meluasnya wilayah pemasaran produk UMKM desa Lebakmuncang.
