This study aims to study the effect of entrepreneurship education, work environment, and self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics, Hindu University of Indonesia in 2016 who were taking entrepreneurship courses totaling 270 students. The number of samples is determined based on the Slovin formula with an error of 10%. Based on these calculations, a total sample of 79 students was obtained. Determining students who become samples is done randomly. Data collection is done by conducting interviews directly with respondents, based on a pre-arranged questionnaire. The collected data is then tabulated, then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the hypothesis testing show that entrepreneurship education and family environments have a significant positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, self-efficacy shows positive results but does not significantly influence the interests of students to become entrepreneurs.Keywords: entrepreneurship education, family environment, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial interest Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan kerja, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hindu Indonesia angkatan tahun 2016 yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan berjumlah 270 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan error 10%. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 mahasiswa. Penentuan mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian dilakukan secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada responden, berdasar pada kuesioner yang telah dipersiapkan. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dilakukan tabulasi, kemudian diolah dengan mempergunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Sedangkan, efikasi diri menunjukkan hasil yang positif, tetapi tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment for someone who appears after assessing a product with his hopes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and product quality on customer satisfaction at UD. Sari Jaya Buah, Badung Regency, both racially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at UD. Sari Jaya Buah, Badung Regency. The number of samples was set at 45 respondents using a nonprobability sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at UD. Sari Jaya Buah, Badung Regency, both racially and simultaneously. The suggestion in this research is to evaluate other policies and strategies related to Customer Satisfaction, Promotion, and Product Quality
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the tourism industry in Indonesia and the world. After the pandemic has recovered, all sectors of the tourism industry in the world have adapted to the new normal life, including the Bukit Cemara tourist destination in Karangasem Regency. This study aims to examine the development strategy of Bukit Cemara tourism attraction in Karangasem Regency towards friendly attraction in order that the number of tourist visits can increase significantly. This study uses a qualitative research method based on literature review, observation and interviews with the support of the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis tool. This study concludes that tourism management in Bukit Cemara has not been maximized. Therefore, a development strategy is needed that includes the role of several elements to become friendly tourism. Among them are the needs for the role of traditional villages and local society, the maximum role of local governments, improvement of aware of tourism work, active involvement of academics related to human resource development in developing friendly tourism.
Fraudulent behavior can interfere with business continuity, therefore it needs to be minimized and even eliminated. This research tries to offer a solution to minimize fraudulent behavior through the implementation of leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and Good corporate governance (GCG). The research was conducted at 94 Multipurpose Cooperatives in Bali. Research respondents were cooperative managers in each cooperative that was the research location. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Form. The collected data will then be processed using the SmartPLS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha has a significant positive effect on GCG, but has no significant effect on Fraud Behavior. On the other hand, GCG shows a significant negative effect on fraudulent behavior. Furthermore, GCG acts as a full mediator in the leadership relationship based on Tri Kaya Parisudha with Fraud Behavior.
The LPD (Village Credit Institution) as an institution that runs the financial functions of traditional and Pakraman villages, is required to have a good performance base, so that it can increase the level of trust and satisfaction of the Pakraman village community as the main consumers of the LPD. One of the efforts to improve LPD performance is by improving the skills and capabilities of human resources that are owned in serving their customers in accordance with the concept of Tri Hita Karana. This community service activity is carried out on LPDs under the management of the BKS LPD Ubud targeting the employees and managers of the LPD. Community service aims to provide an understanding of how basic techniques (soft skills) perform excellent service to customers to improve customer satisfaction, and how to deal with customer complaints and make the complaint a tool to improve service. The method of community service activities is by providing practical skills training provided directly to employees and managers of LPDs under the BKS Ubud, which includes delivery/concept presentations, group discussions, role play/games and case studies. This activity was conducted for one day and was attended by 45 employees and managers of LPDs in the BKS LPD Ubud. The benefits obtained from the results of this training activity are increasing motivation, ability and basic skills of employees facing consumers in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of policy makers and LPD managers, especially those who are members of the Ubud BKS in maintaining quality service to LPD consumers.
