The aim of this research is to know the influence of e-learning learning strategy and interest in learning to accounting learning result. This research was conducted at SMK Permata Bangsa Kelurahan Jakasetia, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City involving 56 samples taken with random sampling technique to the equivalent class. Instrument used in this research is the accounting test and questionnaire interest in student learning; and the data analysis using two-way ANAVA and Tukey Test. The results of this study obtained: (1) there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught with e-learning learning strategies and expository strategies in which the results of student accounting learning taught by e-learning strategy is higher than the students taught by strategy expository learning. (2) There is an interaction between students who are taught using learning strategies with interest in learning on accounting learning outcomes. (3) This means that the result of group accounting learning which is taught using e-learning learning strategy is significantly higher than that taught using expository learning strategy in students who have high learning interest. (4) While the learning result of student group accounting that is taught using e-learning strategy is same as learning result which is taught using expository learning strategy to students who have low learning interest, influenced by student environment factor and learning design factor in research.
Optimal employee performance is influenced by factors such as hard-skills and soft-skills. The aim of this research is to identify influence of hard-skill and soft-skills contribute achieving the performance of the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) infrastructure project. The research method using a survey and the number of saturated samples is 57 employees of the Jakarta MRT infrastructure project (from 6 companies consortium). Technique of data analysis is using correlation, simple & multi regression with the SPSS program. The results of this study are following; 1) hard-skills partially influence significantly on the performance of the MRT infrastructure project employees, although only contributed 10% in the achievement of employee performance; 2) the mathematical model Y = 2,284 + 0364 X1 can be used to predict the performance achievement of employees infrastructure projects; 3) soft-skills in partial or simultaneal with hard-skill does not give a real influence on the achievement of employee performance of infrastructure project; 4) for more types of work relying on technic-skills related to high accuracy, the performance of its employees is more influenced by hard-skills; 5) The need to include a soft-skill that is in accordance with the hard-skills learned in the process of learning as a hidden curriculum.
The purpose of this research is to show whether it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of the innovation and informatics technology among vocational school students who will later become human resources enter points that can improve the performance of the SMEs industry in the digital era. This research relied on quantitative explanatory with survey method; its sample involved 176 out of 758 merchants (the total population) in Pasar Glodok Jakarta. All data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that: (a) the ability innovating and the information technology of SME entrepreneurs is the dominant factor determining the achievement of optimal SME performance, with a correlation value = 0.79.5 or 0.8 (strong correlation); (b) Innovation and information technology skills contribute to the performance attainment of SME entrepreneurs in the research site by 63.2%; the remaining 36.8% is determined by factors not included in the study; (c) Innovation and information technology capabilities are the capabilities needed by SMEs human resources in achieving optimal business performance; (d) it is necessary to strengthen the ability of innovation and information technology since school (especially Vocational schools) in a sustainable manner which will become the key point of SMEs industry's human resources as an effort to bring closer the concept of link and match between educational institutions and industry.
