The article presents research data on the dynamics of the changes in the structure of legal consciousness of law students in the process of higher legal education. The role of legal consciousness in the structure of human existence is shown. The structure, functions and levels of legal consciousness of the individual are analyzed. The specifics of the consciousness of the young people as a socio-demographic group, the interest of the society in a targeted impact on the young generation in order to form stable internal beliefs, which undoubtedly affects the feeling for legal norms among higher education student. The authors note the positive role of legal awareness in forming legal culture among young people. Thirty students of Jurisprudence specialties of the first and fifth courses were examined 15 students in each group. As a method for identifying ideas about legal norms in the structure of law awareness, the method of semantic differential was chosen, which allows us to identify the subjects' ideas about the object under study and to identify the most significant ones. A law awareness structure analysis at the beginning and end of training revealed that all students went through three stages of professionalism: unconscious incompetence, conscious incompetence, conscious competence. By the completion of their studies at the university, students enter the third stage of conscious competence.
The article analyzes the impact of the cognitive-behavioral characteristics of students from a non-linguistic university on the level of success in learning a foreign language. The purpose of this article is to identify the patterns of the cognitive-behavioral parameters of decision-making in the conditions of choosing between various alternative reactions and their relationship with the effectiveness of foreign language training of students from a non-linguistic university. To study behavior patterns, the method of parameterizing was used such as an important component of any activity, as decision-making by modeling situations under conditions of free, probabilistic and conditional choice. The study involved freshmen and sophomores from a medical university, who were studying foreign languages. The simulation of the follow-up of the stimulus presented revealed a low level of voluntary attention in the students with low performance, especially in a situation of imposed rhythm. Naturally, there is the hypothesis that in this group, their own cognitive style is dependent on environmental conditions, so this must be taken into account in the learning process. The results obtained indicate that the presence of universal differentiated cognitive-behavioral strategies are important in the case of successful / unsuccessful command of a foreign language.
We consider main aspects of intuition as a psychological phenomenon and its peculiarities in legal defending activity. The difficulty of the topic is noted according to intuition irrational nature. We study the historical aspect of intuitive human mind development from the earliest to the modern time and find differences in the information part of the world understanding. The reasons for formation of intuitive thinking of Internal Affairs Agencies workers in untypical situations are explained. The research has the scheme of conditions for intuition provocation, among which there are the problem situation, “hint” availability, fundamental understanding of the issue. In Russia the psychological service of Ministry of Internal Affairs investigates intuitive abilities of Internal Affairs Agencies workers. There are methods types of intuition study: experimental methods and action tests; surveys; instrumental methods showing priming; implicit learning; “illocal” intuition; psychophysiological methods. The essence of experimental methods, action-tests and instrumental methods are shown. The conclusions of necessity of to practically include developments obtained in the process of intuition thinking investigation of Internal Affairs Agencies are made. The peculiarities of intuition study within the framework of psychological researches. We consider the role of intuition in professional activity of Internal Affairs Agencies workers. We tried to create methodological tools of intuition study of police workers.
