Purpose The purpose of this study is to make the implementation of a recommended Web service that allows one to formalize the search for a suitable coworking according to individual preferences as a decision-making task, as well as find a coworking area in an optimized setting for both the individual employee and those who carry out collective professional activities from a large number of alternatives in a shorter time. Design/methodology/approach In the implemented system of each place category in coworking areas, a search will be carried out according to formalized parameters and with an individual approach. To find the set of the required services of the coworking zone, the target functions of maximizing the priority of the place and minimizing the cost are determined, between which the user can set the ratio. As a constraint, the general fund of financial expenses for the time to reach the zone from different locations is used. The results of problem formalization are presented in the form of a mathematical model. Findings The use of a problem-oriented solution can significantly reduce the laboriousness of finding a suitable workspace. Originality/value The development of coworking zone practices contributes to the development of a professional infrastructure of the city and minimizes the cost of equipping each enterprise with additional tools, as well as manages labor resources and tracks trends of both professional and novice workers’ needs.
The article discusses the main areas of information technology tools application in the training of athletes, analyzes the types of expert systems that can be applied for this subject area, indicating the features of their use, including the tasks of supporting the plans preparation for individual diets of athletes. The formulated mathematical model is considered as a decision-making model in an optimization formulation for seeking the optimal ratio of food components from the space of admissible decisions of the various food products ratio. The recommendations regarding the daily needs of athletes in the necessary vital components for various sports activity categories, considering the norms of daily calorie intake in accordance with the Mifflin-San Geor formula, indicating the maximum norms of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, are analyzed. A mathematical model is presented in an optimization formulation from the class of discrete programming, on which the developed intelligent decision support system is based. The implementation components of the software system in the pseudocode format and examples of the implementation of the model for the formation of individual diet plans in the optimization setting are presented. The developed software package can be used for automatic generation of basic recommendations for the proposal of individual diets as an auxiliary means of supporting the activities of a dietitian to find the optimal plan in terms of maximizing individual preferences for food in the area of permissible values for the restrictions on the type of sports activities and the maximum norms of food components.
The article analyzes the problem of organizing extracurricular activities, which, along with the organization of the learning process, is important in modern education characterized by the person integrated development and individualization of training and education programs. The important problems need to be addressed at various stages of the organization of extracurricular activities, from its methodological study to organizational and technical planning. There has been offered a review of the directions of extracurricular activities, the forms in which it can be organized, as well as the specifics of its implementation at various levels of education. In order to reduce the complexity of time costs, ability to choose forms of extracurricular activities in suitable areas, taking into account the time available for its implementation, as well as the ability to generate plans based on individual preferences, an intelligent information system has been developed. A mathematical model of method optimization aimed to solve the problem of decision support, functional and software-architectural models of the developed web service and examples of its work at various stages of generating the extracurricular activities plan in the optimization statement have been presented. The proposed approach can be widely used in the educational institutions of various levels interested in reducing the costs of organizing extracurricular activities, automatic check for compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and generating a working plan taking into account the opinions of various categories of experts.
The article discusses the development of the cultural potential of the region through the development of tourism. Educational tourism was chosen as one of the potentially attractive types of tourism, as well as its private direction - literary tourism, which has specificity in terms of methodological, organizational and communicational components. In the presented concept of organizing literary tourism, the development of an information system is described that allows one to fill the database with all the necessary information to implement the educational goals of literary tourism, taking into account the needs of users. Due to the ability to automatically retrieve the necessary information the designed and implemented information system significantly saves user’s time and financial resources for organizing tourism, as well as automatically collects and stores data about the regional attractions found, which confirms the relevance of the study and the need to develop the described system, which has successfully passed testing and approbation. Prospects for further development imply a complete transition to web technologies in order to further popularize this information system among a large user audience of students and teachers both in megacities and in the regions.
