The subject of the research is a set of approaches to A/B split testing of thesite in the framework of the company’s digital marketing strategy implementationin the Internet. The purpose of writing this article is to study the main approaches to implementing A/B split testing as an effective tool for improving the conversion of a company website. Methodology. The research methodology is to use asystem-structural and comparative analysis (for the formation of the company’sweb resource effective functioning mechanism); monographic (when studying themethods of A/B split testing of the of the company site main elements); economicanalysis (when implementing a conversion estimate as a result of using a varietyof site elements). The scientific novelty consists the features of A/B split testingin modern conditions as an important digital marketing component in the processof constructing effective communication between the company and its target audience. The main elements of a web site tested to determine the optimal option fora positive perception of the target audience are considered. The main services andprogramming languages used for conducting split-testing of sites are investigated.Conclusions. The use of A/B split testing as part of the digital marketing strategy implementation will allow the company to enhance communication with thetarget audience through site optimization, which ultimately has a positive effecton conversion growth.
The aim of the article. The purpose of this study is to group companies operating on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine, using clustering methods based on sets of statistical indicators of their activities for the period 2008-2022, with the aim of the isolated groups further evaluating in terms of perspectives for the development of their marketing activities in this market. Analysis results. The article is devoted to the features of the cluster analysis using with the aim to distinguish groups of pharmaceutical enterprises operating on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine based on the use of a unified system of performance indicators. Key features of the clusterization methods application are given, which will allow to form groups from individual elements of the studied population based on scientifically proven approaches and to develop productive managerial solutions in the field of their marketing activities in accordance with the obtained results. The current state and key trends in the development of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine are analyzed. Cluster analysis was implemented using the Sklearn library in the jupyter notebook environment. The Silhouette method was used to determine the number of clusters. At the final stage of clusterization it is necessary to profile the selected clusters by describing their key parameters and characteristics. As a result, three clusters were obtained, which are conventionally named as "Leaders", "Average" and "Outsiders" in accordance with the revealed characteristic features and indicators of market activities performance of the studied enterprises.In this way, the method cluster analysis makes it possible to consolidate a large number of competing enterprises fairly quickly by a set of indicators important for researchers, which have different natures, measurements, sources of their generation, as well as different frequencies of relevant calculations. In turn, the visualization of the results of this method application allows to visualize the promising directions of a more in-depth marketing analysis of the features of the market activity of competing pharmaceutical enterprises. Conclusions and directions for further research. Clustering of enterprises operating on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine allows to visualize their current market positions on the basis of the consolidation of both the observation units themselves and the key indicators of their activities. It also allows to identify the main features and characteristics of their marketing activities, which is a valuable resource for further competitive benchmarking by those pharmaceutical companies that claim to strengthen their own market positions based on the development and practical application of effective marketing strategies and tactics of their activities in conditions of increased competition on the market and a number of negative trends currently taking place on it.
The subject of the research is a set of methods for collecting emailaddresses of users as part of the implementation of the company’s email marketing strategy.The purpose of writing this article is to study the main approaches to the formation of the company’s base of potential customers emailaddresses to increase conversion as a result of using a comprehensive email-marketing strategy. Methodology. The research methodology is to use a combination of methods: system-structural and comparative analyzes (to form a mechanism for the effective functioning of the company’s email-marketing); monographic (when studying the basic methods of collecting email-addresses of the company potential customers); economic analysis (in assessing the conversion as a result of using various approaches of email-marketing). The scientific novelty consist features of email-marketing functioning in modern conditions are identified as an important tool of digital marketing in the process of building effective communication between a company and its target audience. The main offline ways of collecting postal addresses of potential customers in the framework of the email databases formation are considered, and the specifics of influencing the target audience with the aim of providing voluntary contact information are disclosed. The main online ways of potential clients collecting email are investigated and their characteristics are given. Conclusions. The use of various methods of collecting electronic postal addresses of users as part of the implementation of the email-marketing strategy will allow the company to enhance communication with the target audience, which ultimately will have a positive effect on conversion growth.
This research presents the model regarding core factors of social media marketing effect on brand loyalty. The conceptual model was defined based on the five hypotheses. It was conducted a reliability analysis based on the internal consistency of measurements, using Cronbach Alpha and composite reliability coefficients. The model shows that the characteristics of social media marketing communications have a direct effect on brand trust and brand affect. It also demonstrates that brand trust has a direct effect on brand affect and on brand loyalty. Brand affect has also a direct effect on brand loyalty. The research demonstrated that social media marketing communication has the capacity to influence brand trust and brand affect, the two main determinants of brand loyalty. The model shows that the characteristics of social media marketing communications have a direct effect on brand trust and brand affect. It also demonstrates that brand trust has a direct effect on brand affect and on brand loyalty. Brand affect has also a direct effect on brand loyalty. Therefore, all five research hypotheses were validated. The implications for marketing theory and practice are discussed, and avenues for future research are proposed.
