International experience in managing the innovation development of national economies demonstrates the synthesis of scientific, industrial, economic and social policies in the form of specific entitiesinnovation clusters in order to create and active use of innovations. In this regard, ensuring the effective functioning and development of innovative clusters that positively affect the competitiveness of the economy of any country in the world is of particular relevance. The aim of the study is to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the enterprises interaction in the innovation cluster for further planning of measures to improve its functioning. To achieve this goal, the following methods of scientific research were used: the method of comparison and synthesis; the econometric method; abstract-logical method; the graphic method. The methodology developed in the course of the study should be used in forming the directions of the development strategy of new cluster members, in adjusting the existing strategy to the acting clusters of enterprises and in developing measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of their interaction.
Under the conditions of economic globalisation, new trends are being formed in terms of social and economic development. There arises a need for a comprehensive assessment of the level of socioeconomic development of countries in order to identify factors and components of effective globalisation development. Leading global institutions use different approaches and indicators to carry out such an assessment. However, they do not cover the entire spectrum of the development factors. Therefore, the issue of conducting researches to substantiate the optimal methodology for assessing countries' socioeconomic development is relevant. The authors of this research applied the following methods: logical and comparative analysis, monographic method, deduction and induction. To provide a comprehensive assessment of socioeconomic development of countries in the context of economic globalisation, it is necessary to calculate an integral indicator. The authors of the article have developed a methodology for calculating such an indicator. To calculate the integral index, five indices, each of which is already an integral one, have been selected. Each of these components is calculated by world scientific, social, economic research institutes and covers all countries of the world. The importance of each component has been determined by the expert assessment method. Thus, GDPonPPP p has the highest rating of 5, the Index of Economic Freedom-4, the Index of Global Competitiveness-3, the Global Index of Innovations-2, and the Index of Globalisation-1. Luxembourg has the highest level of globalisation development among the countries under investigation with its integral index of 0.842. At the same time, the growth potential of the index is 15.8%. It has been concluded that globalisation is a major factor affecting the current level of development in most countries of the world. To identify the level of globalisation achieved by various countries and the main factors that determine it, a methodological approach has been developed, which involves calculation of the Integral Index of Globalisation Development (IIGD), including five components: gross domestic product of the country on purchasing power parity per person, Globalisation Index, Global Competitiveness Index, Global Index of Innovations, Index of Economic Freedom, each of which has different weight, determined on the basis of expert judgment. The obtained results allow making managerial decisions concerning the formation of development models of countries under the conditions of economic globalisation.
Economic development of agricultural enterprises can provide the implementation of measures aimed at industrial resources conservation. Apart from the need for significant one-time investments that accompany resources’ economy at enterprises, there are no methodological grounds for assessing the effectiveness of the technology of rational resource use. The goal of the research is to develop methodical tools to determine technical and economic parameters for an advanced system of resource-saving measures. The period under investigation is 2014–2016, the number of enterprises under analysis is 96. To define the rules of choosing solutions on the base of games theory, taking into account information and expectations of agrarians, the analysis is performed based on the Laplas, Bayes, Sewidzh and Hurwitz criteria. Calculated values of the enterprises’ potential advantages, represented as an attribute for analytical grouping, allowed to define optimal strategies for designing a policy of production resources conservation. The demonstration partition of the whole set of enterprises is performed according to the suggested methodology. The data obtained as a result of criteria estimation allows us to draw conclusions about the most probable actions of grain producers in the situation of uncertainty, which enables us to identify typical effectiveness parameters of the system and to assess the prospects of the resource conservation policy.
The basis for the development of an innovative economy in Ukraine is to ensure the functioning of innovative entrepreneurship. At the same time, the efficiency of enterprises is conditioned by the use of innovative types of employment, aimed at providing them with highly qualified specialists with the necessary level of motivation to work. In their turn, the processes of effective formation of innovative employment involve the control by the state authorities. The aim of the study is to develop the architectonics of the state regulation mechanism of the innovative employment in Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the following methods of scientific research were used: the method of statistical analysis; the method of comparison and synthesis; the abstract-logical method; the graphic method. According to the results of the study, the recommendations on implementation of the regulation mechanism of innovative employment in Ukraine were suggested for use in practical activity of public authorities.
The concept of innovative projects and effective management of modern enterprises in the world of agri-food sector requires a comprehensive adaptation of the management system to ensure energy and resource consumption in order to achieve competitiveness of enterprises. Since market economy tendencies encourage the spread of active policy of all resources types saving, one of the directions of which is energy and resource-saving strategy for the development of any socially oriented business entity. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to economically model the process of assessing the dynamics of financing measures for the development and implementation of innovative energy and resourcesaving projects in the agri-food sector. Based on the construction of the above model, the main directions of management of innovative energy and resource-saving projects at agricultural enterprises are formulated.
