In recent years, the education system, especially in Indonesia, has begun to adapt to distance learning. Technology in the field of education has emerged. Therefore, this research has the aim of producing an E-module based on a STEM with website-assisted in learning Physics on rotational dynamics. This research was conducted by applying the research method of FODEM (Formative Development Method) and was limited to the development phase. The results of this study are E-module learning media assisted by a website that can be used through various electronic devices, with learning material based on the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) approach that can help students understand physics subjects in rotational dynamics. Further research is needed regarding the validation of this STEM-based E-modules assisted with website.
This study aims to determine the relationship between evaluation skills and the implementation of a guidance and counseling program evaluation in Cilincing North Jakarta Sub-District High School. This research uses quantitative research using survey methods. The collection technique used in this study is a Guttman scale questionnaire and the data analysis technique used in this study is the Product Moment Correlation. This research was conducted in North Jakarta with the subjects of high school teachers in Cilincing Sub-District, North Jakarta City, 30 teachers were divided into 7 Public High Schools and 4 Private High Schools. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient between evaluation skills (X) with program evaluation exercise (Y) r_xy = 0.64> rtabel = 0.36, which means that there is a positive relationship between evaluation skills and the implementation of school guidance and counseling evaluation programs which means if the evaluation skills of the counselor are good, the better the evaluation of the guidance and counseling program at the school.
Academic achievement is the achievement of all student degrees. Academic achievement in the field of academic education, is a special level of acquisition or results of academic work skills that are assessed by teachers, through standardized tests, or through a combination of both (Chaplin, 2001). For a child, learning something interesting for him will be easier to be accepted and understood. In terms of interest, someone who has an interest in a field will be easy in studying the field. Based on this interest, the counseling teacher can use group guidance services with my practice techniques to be responsible for motivating and feeling confident in improving their academic performance.
