This research aims to explore the perspectives among aviation stakeholders on aviation human resources development in the triple helix scheme. How the academician, businessmen, and government thought on the produces the human resources that qualify with their needs is investigated. A qualitative method was implemented to elaborate this research both data collection and analyses. A depth interview was conducted with informants from the three parties. After that, a focus group discussion among them to crosscheck and validated the interview was realized. The result showed that the academic perspective builds the model which seems near to a laissez-faire configuration. On the other perspective the industry, offer different model among them. Airnav Indonesia could be part of laissez-faire configuration. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) Aeroasia model seems exactly like the third configuration. Batam Aero Technic (BAT) follows the first configuration. The government perspective offers an Indonesia Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) collaboration model. It seemed like the statist configuration. Academicians, businessmen, and Government in the triple helix scheme have similar preparation to face the aviation technology development in the future. They anticipated the challenge by preparing the human resources competencies. On the other hand, academician is preparing new major in the field of air navigation and unmanned aircraft.
Changes and developments in the times of society are required to be able to keep abreast of technological advances. The development in the field of electronics technology certainly requires human resources who have competence in accordance with the needs of society and industry., the results of observations carried out on the Serdang Kulon village, there are still many community members who do not understand the field of electronics so it is very necessary to carry out community service activities the community in that location. In this community service activity, several things were carried out which were expected to be a solution to problems in the village of Serdang Kulon, namely the Audio Amplifier Assembly Workshop to Improve the Electronics Skills of the Residents of Serdang Kulon Village, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency. With activity material: basic electronics theory (basic electronic components, basic electrical science, electronic circuits) , soldering practice, assembling series and parallel LED circuits, assembling LED blinking circuits, assembling automatic light sensor circuits and assembling audio amplifiers. The implementation of PKM activities involves Lecturers and Cadets and stakeholders as a form of Higher Education Dharma. In addition, this activity is also a field experience and direct learning media for students/cadets.
Airport as one of the elements in the operation of flights has a very important and strategic role held by the government with the aim of realizing a safe, secure, fast, orderly, smooth, organized, comfortable and efficient service that can support equity, growth and stability, as a driving force and as supporting national development. In connection whit this, it is necessary to improve the service of AVSEC personnel and thei equipments at Jendral Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang. Related to that, service satisfaction is the ultimate goal of all services that airlines must provide to passengers. This research will evaluated the performance of AVSEC and its equipment in supporting baggage services, because if it’s not orderly manage it will cause damage and even loss of passenger baggage, it’s cause disappointment of passengers as users of air transportation services. Passenger baggage handling is primarly determained by the quality of performance. ABSTRAKBandar Udara sebagai salah satu unsur dalam penyelenggaraan penerbangan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan strategis yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan untuk mewujudkan menyelenggarakan pelayanan yang selamat, aman, cepat, tertib, lancer, teratur, nyaman dan berdaya guna dapat menunjang pemerataan, pertumbuhan dan stabilitas sebagai pendorong, penggerak serta sebagai penunjang pembangunan nasional. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan pelayanan personil AVSEC dan peralatannya di Bandar Udara Jendral Ahmad Yani Semarang. Terkait dengan itu, maka kepuasan pelayanan merupakan tujuan akhir dari keseluruhan pelayanan yang harus diberikan perusahaan penerbangan kepada penumpang. Didalam penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi kinerja AVSEC dan peralatannya dalam menunjang pelayanan penumpang dan barang, karena apabilatidak tertib dan teratur didalam pengolahannya akan menyebabkan penumpukan penumpang dan barang, hal ini tentunya menyebabkan kekecewaan penumpang sebagai pengguna jasa transportasi udara. Penanganan penumpang dan barang khususnya ditentukan oleh kualitas kinerja (performance).
Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk mengenalkan bahaya dari “backdraft” pada peristiwa kebakaran kepada masyarakat awam terutama siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang merupakan generasi muda penerus bangsa agar tidak menyebabkan korban jiwa. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM adalah paparan yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dalam hal ini adalah dosen dan taruna prodi Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat (PKP) lalu dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dengan peserta dari SMA/SMK dari seluruh Indonesia yang telah mendaftar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi video konferensi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM adalah peserta PKM mendapatkan pengetahuan terkait bahaya dari “backdraft” dengan mengetahui apa, bagaimana bisa terjadi, dan bagaimana menghindarinya, dan apa yang perlu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi “backdraft” pada peristiwa kebakaran. Kegiatan pengenalan “backdraft” pada peristiwa kebakaran diharapkan dapat meminimalisir korban dari masyarakat umum ketika terjadi “backdraft” pada peristiwa kebakaran.
The process of learning mathematics in the classroom is strongly influenced by the role of teachers and students as individuals who are directly involved in the learning process. As an intermediary, the teacher must know where the sources of information for certain knowledge are and regulate the mechanism for obtaining it if students need it at any time. Teachers often have difficulty in carrying out mathematics learning, especially in the material of building space. Students find it difficult to understand concepts in spatial structure, so they seem confused in solving problems related to spatial structure, for example in the form of story questions. In addition, teachers are often confused in determining learning methods so that students can understand the material presented. This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of mathematics using the Guide Note Taking method. This research was conducted in the Even Semester. The variables in this study consist of one independent variable and one dependent variable. The mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Guide Note Taking method were considered good. The mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught using the guide note taking method were good and satisfying.
