Rice productivity and farmers incomes in rainfed fields could be increased through the implementation of adaptive and site-spesific technology. The technology package namely Panca Kelola Ramah Lingkungan which consists of application rice high yield, site-specific nutrient management, organic matters management, arrangement of plant spacing, and integrated pest control. This study was aimed to analyze the feasibility of rice farming with Panca Kelola Ramah Lingkungan technology at rainfed fields. The research was carried out on rainfed fields at Sukopuluhan Village, Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency in March-June 2021. Data were collected from fields experiments and interviews to 50 farmers using questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of Panca Kelola Ramah Lingkungan technology package with Inpari 38, Inpari 39, and Inpari 41, and Inpari 32 has B/C ratio 1.23; 1.38; 1.27; and 1.51 respectively. The implementation of this technology was financially profitable and very potential to be develop in rainfed rice fields.
Pertumbuhan dan hasil padi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya ketersediaan hara yang cukup. Penyediaan hara dapat dilakukan melalui pemupukan berdasarkan spesifikasi lokasi dan kebutuhan tanaman. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengelolaan hara spesifik lokasi (PHSL) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi di lahan sawah tadah hujan. Kegiatan pengkajian dilaksanakan pada Maret-Juni 2021 di Kecamatan Pucakwangi, Kabupaten Pati, Indonesia. Kajian meliputi penerapan teknologi PHSL, dan pengelolan hara sesuai kebiasaan petani (eksisting petani) sebagai variabel kontrol. Penerapan PHSL dan eksisting petani dilakukan pada lahan seluas 0,5 ha dan masing-masing diulang sebanyak dua kali dengan melibatkan dua orang petani. Pengelolaan hara spesifik lokasi dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji menggunakan Perangkat Uji Tanah Sawah (PUTS). PHSL menggunakan pupuk dengan dosis 250 kg/ha Urea, 100 kg/ha SP-36 dan 100 kg/ha KCl dengan penambahan 2 ton/ha kompos, sedangkan eksistening petani menggunakan dosis pupuk 200 kg/ha Urea, 300 kg/ha Phonska, dan 25 kg/ha KCl. Pengelolaan hara spesifik lokasi dapat mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan meningkatkan hasil padi sebesar 6,18% dibanding perlakuan eksisting petani pada lahan sawah tadah hujan.
