Penggunaan aplikasi layanan pelanggan PT. PLN yang dapat diakses pelanggan dengan mudah dan cepat memiliki fitur-fitur yang dapat membantu dalam mengatasi masalah tenaga listrik. Untuk dapat meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi layanan pelanggan itu perlu adanya perancangan enterprise architecture yang dapat mengintegrasikan bisnis dan teknologi informasi. Permasalahan yang ada pada aplikasi layanan online pelanggan belum terdapat fitur pelacakan pengaduan listrik yang dapat diakses pelanggan didalam aplikasi dan penggunaan teknologi big data agar proses bisnis dan teknologi informasi dapat selaras sesuai dengan tujuan dalam perancangan enterprise architecture. Dalam perancangan enterprise architecture terlebih dahulu menentukan visi arsitektur yang akan dibuat pada perancangan baseline dan target architecture. Setelah dibuat rancangan baseline dan target architecture kemudian dilakukan analisis gap di fase business architecture sampai dengan technology architecture. Setelah semua rancangan setiap fase dibuat, kemudian dilakukan pengujian kualitas rancangan enterprise architecture menggunakan metode enterprise architecture scorecard dengan memberikan kuesioner berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Hasil pengujian dilakukan kepada Manager dan Asisten Manager Operasional Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi PT PLN. Dari hasil pengujian enterprise architecture mendapat nilai rata-rata 63,34% berdasarkan perhitungan kuesioner menggunakan enterprise architecture scorecard. Hasil dari perancangan tersebut dapat terus ditingkat dengan melengkapi komponen yang kurang dalam melakukan perancangan enterprise architecture.
The COVID-19 pandemic has shacked every aspect of life in every country. The increased number of deaths, rapid mass tests, and national/regional quarantine, also accompanied by misinformation, have worried everyone. This study surveyed the Makassar citizen's attitude towards the COVID-19 information and refusal of health workers. The data were obtained from 1000 respondents spread across 50 sub-districts in Makassar. The respondents were at least 17 years old or were already married. The study found that more than 36.2% of respondents refused health workers due to misinformation, particularly from female respondents aged 41-60, who were unemployed, college students, or homemakers.
World Health Organization menunjukkan bahwa 16.500 orang di seluruh dunia meninggal setiap hari karena semua jenis cedera. Salah satunya adalah cedera kepala yang kasusnya sering ditemukan di ruang perawatan atau di unit perawatan intensif di rumah sakit. Faktor-faktor yang memperberat kondisi pasien trauma kepala pasca kraniotomi selama rawat inap di ICU, seperti penurunan kesadaran, edema serebral, dilatasi pupil, peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, kejang, demam/peningkatan suhu tubuh. Demam pada pasien trauma kepala dapat disebabkan oleh peradangan, infeksi atau kerusakan pada hipotalamus sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan laju metabolisme dan peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, sehingga dapat menimbulkan trauma tambahan seperti kejang, dehidrasi bahkan syok. hangatkan pasien dengan kain dan air hangat. Tujuan: Analisis asuhan kesehatan pada pasien trauma otak pasca kraniotomi dengan hipertermia menggunakan intervensi kompres hangat di ICU. Metode: Studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik dan dokumentasi. Kompres hangat diterapkan saat pasien hipertermia dan berhenti saat suhu tubuh turun. Hasil: Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa intervensi kompres hangat efektif dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh pada pasien cedera otak traumatik pasca kraniotomi dengan hipertermia. Kesimpulan: kompres hangat efektif mengatasi masalah hipertermia
Obesity is defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that can interfere with health. In 2015, more than 1.9 billion adults were overweight and 400 million of them were obese. Various types of anthropometry can be used to determine the occurrence of obesity, these methods include measurement of body mass index (BMI). Arm circumference, and abdominal circumference. Body mass index is an indicator of obesity that is widely used to estimate the composition of body fat. Based on an initial survey conducted in April-May the number of obesity increased until June-July 2018. From the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers, more productive-age housewives were obese I than obesity II. An anthropometric picture of obese housewives in Taccorong Village, Bulukumba District was known. The method used in this research is descriptive with a simple approach. Sampling was carried out with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study was 1,011 people. The sample in this study was 62 respondents. The results of this study indicate that housewives of productive age who have a picture (obesity I) BMI 25-29.9 amounted to 59.7%, and (obesity II) BMI ≥ 30 by 40.3%, normal upper arm circumference of 24, 2%, abnormal upper arm circumference 75.8%, and abdominal circumference 62%. The conclusion of this study is that housewives who are obese in Taccorong Village, Bulukumba Regency are based on productive age (15-49) years old, with young adults (18-35) years totaling 37 (59.7%) respondents and old adulthood (36-49 ) year totaling 25 (40.3%) respondents. It is recommended for housewives to improve a healthy lifestyle to avoid obesity which can lead to degenerative diseases.
