Technology is part of education. The example that can use is a smartphone that contains Google translate application in supporting students translate a text form descriptive. This study intends to define the use of English Dictionary in the form of Google translate impact on English speaking capability as well as discover the importance of student interest in learning English, especially in speaking skill. The method of this research is descriptive analysis where the data settled from the students' speaking test then explained into descriptive. The target of this research was the students of Informatics Engineering and Information System second term. The outcome of this research is that the speaking test in the previous discussion found that the average value of Informatics Technique 1 experienced an addition of 4.89 points; in the Informatics Engineering 2 class encountered a change of 6.4 points, and Information System class progressed by 4.4 points. This number indicates there is an increase in the ability of students in speaking skills through the use of Automatic Dictionary applications such as Google Translate. Means that the use of Automatic dictionary media in the form of google translate can improve students' speaking skill as well as using google translate media as a tool in helping students to speak in English because it can be their means in translating the language either from English to Indonesian or from the language Indonesia to English.

Promoting the potential value of blogs in English Language Teaching (ELT) for English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Students is the focus of this present study. It's aimed to explain in a quantitative way the perceptions from English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students in using blogs. The students from PBIG FKIP Universitas Lancang Kuning in the province of Riau, Indonesia was selected based on the increasing trends of the blog used as alternative media to learn English during these two years. The analysis of this present study based its data from online questionnaire as the main instrument to collect the data. The online questionnaire was open from August 2016-February 2017 (6 months) and filled up by 161 students from English Department of FKIP Unilak who enroll in 6 different blog-based classes at PBIG FKIP Unilak. The analysis showing that the majority of the students had a positive perception that blog can be used as powerful tools to promote English language skills especially reading and writing. The data also reveals that using the blog as a learning journal can raise students’ motivation in learning English and publishing article. These positive results somehow showing that blog can be promoted as an alternative media of learning English for English as Foreign Language Students at PBIG FKIP Unilak or in other institutions around the globe that teach English as a Foreign language
Flipped classroom is the method where the students conduct the activity of the class at home while the activity in the class is conducted at home. This method is one of alternative way to make the learning process running well without eliminating the essential of the learning material itself. The purpose of this research is to implemented the revolution 4.0 where the effectiveness the use of technology can be more optimal. Integrated English is one of the subjects in English Literature. It involved four important skills in English. Thus, to maximize the four skills, this class was using the video as a tool to support the learning material to become powerful. The result of this research is the three phases of flipped classroom method has been achieved. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of flipped classroom method is suitable with the subject of integrated English which it needs the larger exploration through four skills in English.
There are many choices of media based on Technology can be used in teaching English. One of them is Google voice, it can be found in any types of smart phone. This media can help students in recognizing the better pronunciation. Thus, it can revise their listening comprehension in English. This research is aimed to describe the role of Google voice in listening comprehension course as well as improve their listening comprehension. The method of this research is qualitative research where the data was obtained by getting the information from online questionnaire and the test. The result of this research from 43 students it was found that 91, 62% agree that the Google Voice application as the Learning English medium. Meanwhile, the result of the test after using Google voice is increasing from 68, 2% to 73, and 54%. It can be concluded that the use of Google voice gives positive effect in learning English.
