The COVID-19 pandemic has struck the world, prompting the enforcement of stay-at-home policies to halt the spread of COVID-19. Indonesia is not exempted from this situation. The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated social distance due to social distancing, quarantine, and isolation to minimise the spread of the virus. During the COVID-19 pandemic, an online learning system was used. The ideal learning methods in the new normal era are blended learning and hybrid learning methods. Online learning demands the attention of the communicant so that the message conveyed by the communicator can run effectively. If hybrid learning as an instructional medium can be appropriately utilised, the learning objectives can be achieved. However, in previous studies, the blended learning method still needs to be evaluated so that its application can run well and as expected. Because communication transactions that can overcome various frames of reference or clarify difficulties to transfer understanding in a timely manner are considered rich, the media richness theory is applied in this study. This study aims to know how effective hybrid learning is in Southeast Sulawesi during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is phenomenology by involving junior high school teachers in Southeast Sulawesi. Based on this study’s data analysis findings, the Effectiveness of the hybrid learning model in Southeast Sulawesi during the COVID-19 outbreak is decided by students’ and parents’ desire to monitor their children.
Accounting plays an important role in the progress of MSMEs. However, so far, there are still many MSMEs who do not understand the importance of accounting implemented in financial reports, even though this is very beneficial for the business development of MSME actors. The development of an Accounting Information System for MSMEs is considered feasible and important to do because the accounting information system will add value to the MSME actors. This study focuses on the development of a financial management information system for MSMEs which was built by applying the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This financial management information system for MSMEs has been successfully developed with features for managing account data, managing general journals, displaying ledgers and trial balances. The features in this system can help MSME actors in recording and managing finances. Based on black box testing, the resulting system is in accordance with user needs with a functionality test value of 100%.
Wi-Fi repeater devices are important tools for individuals, agencies, and companies so that the desired areas can be connected to the internet. To select a Wi-Fi repeater, take care in selecting the right product for your needs. However, not everyone has knowledge regarding the specifications of a Wi-Fi repeater. This resulted in a long process of selecting a Wi-Fi repeater because they had to find information regarding the specifications of the product to be purchased. This has an impact on the length of the process of making decisions. The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system using the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) approach and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method for selecting the right Wi-Fi repeater device as needed. Referring to the utility level of each alternative to determine the ranking, the ARAS technique has the ability to choose the best alternative. Using the ARAS approach for case studies, which is identical to manual calculations, the developed system produces the same results, according to the case studies that have been completed. The DSS developed is website-based, with main features including managing data extraction, data alternatives, value alternatives, ARAS calculation methods, and displaying the best alternative in the form of ranking. Additionally, testing utilizing black-box testing reveals that all of the evaluated functions can function as they should.
Pemasaran Digital (Digital marketing) adalah suatu strategi pemasaran menggunakan media digital dan internet. Konsep pemasaran ini menjadi alternatif bagi pemasar untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa, termasuk institusi pendidikan dalam memasarkan jasa pendidikan. Penelitian ini ingin menggali bagaimana institusi pendidikan memahami konsep, penerapan dan efektifitas pemasaran jasa pendidikan menggunakan pemasaran digital (digital marketing). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey sedangkan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskritptif kuantitatif. Instrumen dalam pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner/angket tertutup yang dibagikan langsung kepada responden. Selanjutnya, data dalam penlitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; Sebanyak 95% responden menyatakan ya, telah memahami konsep pemasaran digital, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 5% menyatakan tidak memahami. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, 95% responden yang menyatakan bahwa guru dan siswa ikut terlibat dan berkolaborasi dalam usaha mempromosikan sekolah. Namun sebanyak 5% responden menyatakan tidak turut aktif. Mengenai persepsi efektifitas, 50% responden menyatakan sangat setuju, 45% responden manyatakan setuju, dan 5% menyatakan cukup setuju bahwa pemasaran digital efektif sebagai alternatif sekolah dalam memasarkan jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi covid 19.
Berdasarkan observasi dan data awal, kinerja karyawan PT. Nissin Kogyo Batam dalam empat tahun terakhir cenderung menurun, terlihat dari masih tingginya keluhan kualitas dari pelanggan. Kinerja karyawan yang buruk diprediksi disebabkan karena kurangnya pelatihan karyawan, sehingga mengakibatkan kepuasan kerja yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Nissin Kogyo Batam, serta pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Nissin Kogyo Batam.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pelatihan hanya berpengaruh sebesar 9,1% terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 39,2% dan signifikan. Sisanya 60,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
