In the modern world, the question of the interaction of society and nature is one of the most acute problems among those facing humanity. Today, rapid economic development is causing a significant increase in the use and, consequently, depletion of natural resources. This necessitates the search for a new economic model that could break the link between economic growth and the depletion of natural resources. The study substantiates the theoretical aspects of eco-tourism as an important component of the strategy of sustainable development of tourism in Ukraine. The priority directions of sustainable development of tourism in the context of modernization of economic activity of Ukraine are outlined. The main directions of greening of the tourist sphere are considered. The main functions and principles of eco-tourism are formed and the relevance of the research and the need to develop prospects for the development of eco-tourism in Ukraine are substantiated. The concept of circular economy is a new economic model that manages the development of ecotourism, which allows to resolve the growing contradiction between the need to meet the growing needs of tourists and the limited number of natural, social, economic resources of host destinations in a deteriorating environment.
The article considers the main steps of further greening of recreational and tourist activities in Ukraine and proposes models of greening of the enterprise’s activities. The world experience of forming the ecological and economic foundations of the genesis of eco-tourism in the recreation areas of the countries has been analyzed and summarized. The international ecotourism certification program « Green Globe 21 » and its sphere of influence, as well as the international environmental program « Green Key » in terms of the use of natural resources and natural materials, were investigated. A survey of hotel guests was conducted regarding the importance to them of activities related to the minimization of resource consumption, and the importance of criteria for the ecological use of hotel resources was determined. A profile map of consumer satisfaction with environmental services was created, which shows the advantages and disadvantages of hotel services after evaluating the various components of the satisfaction tree and highlights the main ways of balanced functioning of eco-tourism in the recreational areas of Ukraine identified..
У статті розглянуто сутність і місце комбінованих турів в комплексі туристських послуг. Особливу увагу приділено особливостям організації комбінованих турів, тому що транспортна система певної країни чи окремого регіону формує свої обмеження чи, навпаки, розкриває перспективи використання різних видів транспорту, а також можливостей їх комбінування при організації туристичних подорожей.Доведено доцільність формування комбінованих турів внаслідок того, що сучасні логістичні вимоги до транспортного обслуговування клієнтів не завжди можуть бути виконані окремим видом транспорту. Обґрунтовано те, що для здійснення комбінованих турів туроператорам необхідно докладати значно більше зусиль з метою приведення до спільного знаменника якісних параметрів обслуговування на різних видах транспорту та чітко розмежувати відповідальність кожного виконавця.Ключові слова: туризм, комбіновані тури, організація комбінованих турів, транспортні компанії, договірні відносини.
Introduction. Currently, time management is the subject of much discussion by scientists, a dream of every person who strives to improve the quality of their professional and personal life. The necessary knowledge and skills can be acquired in the course of study in educa-tional institutions, particularly, on practical training in the discipline "Time Management", where students have the opportunity to master the techniques of their application.The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to the design of practical classes in the discipline "Time Management" to improve the quality of training of future professionals The methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, induc-tion and comparison are use in this article. Results. "Time Management" is one of the basis disci-pline for the training of not only future managers, but also specialists of other professionals, who focus on mastering time management tools. It is defined that using active and person-centered ap-proaches allowing to consider as much as possible per-sonal characteristics of the student and to construct his subject model is expedient at practical classes.It is noted that the discipline involves mastering of technologies increasing personal efficiency through time management, setting goals, planning and organizing professional activi-ty and personal life, self-motivation and self-control skills. It is reasoned that the effective factor influencing the achievement of the intended result is the technology used by the teacher in the course of practical training. Originality. The research reveals the peculiarities of practical classes in the discipline "Time management". Conclusion. Designing time management practical classes gives you the opportunity to reconcile the purpose and content of the discipline, as well as the technology and learning outcomes. The portfolio method allows not only to systematize knowledge and monitor the dynamics of gained experience, but also to determine the directions for individual development of each student’s time man-agement skills.
