Latar Belakang: Penyakit kulit menjadi penyakit dengan prevalensi yang tinggi di Dunia dan Indonesia, salah satu penyakit kulit yang paling banyak diderita adalah penyakit skabies, penyakit skabies banyak menyerang Negara tropis seperti Indonesia dan tempat dengan penduduk padat seperti pondok pesantren, oleh karenanya santri berisiko tinggi untuk terkena skabies, hal ini karena pengetahuan santri terkait personal hygine yang masih rendah, salah satu dampak skabies adalah gatal – gatal dan ruam kulit yang dapat menurunkan harga diri santri oleh karenanya butuh dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan yaitu dengan meningkatkan harga diri santri, fenomena ini yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dalam mempengaruhi harga diri penderita skabies di pondok pesantren. Metode: Penelitian berdesain Quasi Experimen Design : pre test and post test non equivalen control group dengan jumlah sampel 122 responden dengan masing – masing kelompok baik intervensi atau kontrol 61 responden, purposive sampling menjadi cara pengambilan sampel, data dianalisa dengan uji t. Hasil: Berdasakan uji t menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi harga diri penderita skabies dengan nilai p 0,000. Kesimpulan : Pendidikan kesehatan secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan harga diri santri.
Schoolchildren are assets for the Indonesian state, and in order to accomplish this, school health unit, or UKS, must be developed and maintained. However, in order for UKS to succeed, it needs the assistance of all essential stakeholders, including students, throughout its implementation. As a result, the effective implementation of UKS necessitates a cadre of students who serve as one of the spearheads. Indirectly, health cadres serve as role models for promoting health in the school community and environment. The objective of empowering health cadres is to ensure the success of the UKS program and to promote school health. This practice also attempts to enhance all students' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. The service approach entails empowering the community via the formation of Pelopor Siswa Duta Kecil (SiDuCiL), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting health through the training of school health cadres. As a consequence of this activity, "SiDuCiL" school cadres have been formed, who are school students' pioneers in implementing health promotion in schools.
Stunting is a condition in which the afternoon z value is less than the standard deviation or when the child has a length or height that is not according to their age, There are various factors that affect the condition of stunting, but the mother is one of the most important factors in the occurrence of stunting, therefore this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role or risk of maternal age, education and occupation in the incidence of stunting. This analytic observational study used a case-control design with a purposive sampling technique with a total of 106 respondents with each sample in each group being 53 for the case group and the control group also totalling 53 respondents. The chi-square test was defined as the test used in this study. In both groups, the majority of the test results were aged 20-35 years, the majority or most of them had high school education, and housewives made up the majority of occupations of the two groups. The results of this study indicate that the mother's age, education, and occupation are not related, but this study shows that mothers aged 20-35 years and with high school education have a lower risk of having a stunted child. Reflecting on this study, it can be seen that the ideal age and high maternal education cause mothers to be at lower risk of having stunted children.
Pendahuluan: Kualitas dari pelayanan keperawatan menjadi faktor penentu kepuasan pasien, kepuasan pasien menjadi hal penting untuk pelayanan kesehatan karena mampu merfleksikan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan dianggap menjadi prediktor yang mampu mempengaruhi loyalitas, loyalitas perlu dijaga karena mempunyai dampak sangat positif untuk penyedia layanan atau untuk pasien. Oleh karenanya studi ini dilaksankan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui bagiamana pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Metode: Studi ini merupakan studi literature review yang menganalisis 20 artikel yang sesuai dengan topic, artikel ditelusuri melalui google scholar dan pubmed. Hasil: Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien dan kepuasan pasien mampu mempengaruhi secara bermakna terhadap loyalitas pasien dan kepuasan juga menjadi faktor yang memediasi kualitas layanan dengan loyalitas dari pasien atau klien. Simpulan: Pelayanan keperawatan yang erkualitas dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien, untuk itu perawat dan institusi penyedia layanan perlu selalu meningkatkan kualitas agar kepuasan dan loyalitas selalu terjaga.
