This article aims to find the effectiveness of the Webtoon "Sera, IS: WTOG" as a Samsung ad when presented to the audience. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The approach and data analysis that is used for this branded Webtoon is based on Nielsen’s EPIC model theory. Data collection is carried out through surveys as primary data and literature studies as secondary data. Data analysis is initiated from data collection through a number of survey questions that are answered by the audience related to empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication which are calculated on average based on the formula and associated with certain value range categories to determine the level of effectiveness. To determine the accuracy and suitability to the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was tested through the validity of Bivariate Pearson and the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha. The results show that "Sera, IS: WTOG" is effective in the dimensions of empathy, impact, communication and is quite effective in persuasion to advertise Samsung. The effectiveness of EPIC average dimensions of this Webtoon may come from the attractive and clear advertising concept consisting of illustrations, the use of text, layout arrangements, and color selection in character stories and products. Keywords: Webtoon; epic; Samsung Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan Webtoon “Sera, IS: WTOG” sebagai iklan Samsung berdasarkan EPIC model saat disajikan kepada audiens. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Pendekatan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian branded Webtoon ini didasarkan pada teori EPIC model A. C. Nielsen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey atau kuesioner sebagai data primer, dan studi pustaka sebagai data sekunder. Analisis data dimuali dari pengumpulan data melalui sejumlah pertanyaan kuesioner yang dijawab audiens berkaitan dengan empathy, persuasion, impact, dan communication yang kemudian dihitung rata-ratanya sesuai rumus serta dikaitkan dengan kategori rentang nilai tertentu untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifannya. Untuk mengetahui ketepatan dan kesesuaian terhadap tujuan penelitian, kuesioner diuji melalui validitas Bivariate Pearson dan reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Webtoon “Sera, IS: WTOG” efektif dalam dimensi empathy, impact, dan communication serta cukup efektif dalam persuasion untuk mengiklankan produk Samsung. Efektifnya rata-rata dimensi EPIC Webtoon ini dapat dikarenakan konsep iklan dibuat dengan ilustrasi, penggunaan teks, penataan layout, dan pemilihan warna pada cerita tokoh maupun produk yang didesain menarik dan jelas, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan dengan baik dan mempengaruhi peningkatan pengetahuan Samsung pada audiens.
