Given the turbulence of the external and internal environment caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the agro-industrial complex is one of the few sectors that continued to show growth during the crisis of the global and Russian economies. Factors of the stability of the agro-indus-trial complex development were not only active state support, introduction of innovations, use of import substitution programs, but the fact that the sector did not stop working during the Covid19 pandemic. This has had an impact on the change in the Russian foreign trade system in terms of the geography of supplies, their volumes, and the commodity structure. The agricultural sector has become export-oriented and, in the sales structure, the traditional group of leaders, which include various types of raw materials for energetics, has given way to the sale of agricultural products. The article analyzes statistical information on foreign trade in agricultural products, concludes about the impact on the agricultural trade balance of the corona-virus pandemic, the ruble devaluation, changes in consumer demand and gap in international supply logistics due to restrictions on movement be-tween countries.

The authors define the concept of "an industrial service", consider the specific features of the industrial service and give its classification. The authors also confirm that services for reconditioning, modernization and maintenance of the equipment of enterprises and life support systems are currently most in demand. Execution of these works requires creating specialized service centers. The main their tasks include reconditioning and modernization of equipment, consultation, exchange of used equipment on the restored or new, post-warranty maintenance, diagnostic, fabrication of equipment parts on request. The development factors of service centers are identified and justified; they include specialization of service centers, a labor division between the functional of customer and service center, as well as large investments in research and development of new technologies. The article shows that an important role in promoting the service center plays a well-developed marketing system. The authors propose the algorithm of work with the customer service centers, discuss in detail all the stages, and also state that correct assessment of possible risks has considerable importance. Correct organization of the service centers work contributes to the formation of capital-intensive and profitable industrial services market, in which will invest as the large service companies, as their customers. All this will create an extensive network of specialized service centers that perform high quality repair work using innovative technologies and, as a consequence, the conditions for sustainable development of industrial services in the Russian Federation.

An important condition for the country’s food independence is the effective use of the labor potential of the agricultural sector. Currently, it is becoming one of the decisive factors in the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex. The article deals with demographic, economic and social factors that determine the development of the labor potential of agricultural organizations. An assessment of the demographic and employment situation in the agrarian sector of the Penza region is given. The age of the population has been determined and the level of responsibilities on the working-age population of rural areas has been estimated. The analysis of labor productivity in agricultural organizations of the region, its increase is a necessary condition for sustainable economic development of agriculture in the region. The authors also touch upon the following questions as motivation of employees in increasing labor productivity, including the level of wages, are considered. Solving the problems of stabilization and achieving high rate indicators in the agro-industrial complex of the region requires an increase in the efficiency of using labor potential with an integrated mechanism.
