Pengembangan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis teknologi merupakan salah satu gerakan inovasi pelayanan publik dalam rangka mereformasi birokrasi di ranah pemerintahan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan menganalisis penilaian keberhasilan, dan efektivitas dari penerapan pelayanan berbasis teknologi melalui Mobile JKN pada BPJS Kesehatan di Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Selatan. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan memperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh dan mendalam mengenai inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi yang difokuskan pada penggunaan aplikasi mobile JKN sebagai bentuk inovasi pelayanan jaminan kesehatan nasional pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Aplikasi Mobile JKN-KIS dapat dikatagorikan sebagai inovasi karena mempunyai atribut keuntungan relative (relative adventage), kesesuaian (compability), kerumitan (complexity), kemungkinan dicoba (triability), kemudahan diamati (observability). Peneliti menggunakan teori efektivitas pelayanan menurut David Krech, Richard an Egerton dan menyebutkan bahwa inovasi yang diterapkan oleh BPJS dalam hal ini khususnya inovasi Mobile JKN-KIS di Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan sudah efektif.
This study discusses the influence of delegation of authority, budget allocation and leadership to the performance of sub-districts in Garut Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples taken in this study was 286 respondents from a total population of 1003 people with a stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using SEM analysis. Based on the results of the study note that the delegation of authority, budget allocation, and leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of districts in Garut Regency, both partially and simultaneously.
The phenomenon that is used as the object of research is the performance of the Bekasi City Manpower Office. The purpose of the study was to discuss the effect of Policy Implementation, Leadership and Professionalism on the Performance of the Bekasi City Manpower Office. The research uses quantitative research. The research sample was 242 respondents taken from a population of 667 people using the Krejcie Table. Data collection techniques using literature study, questionnaire and observation techniques. Data analysis using SEM analysis. The results of the study are as follows: The magnitude of the influence of Policy Implementation on the Performance of the Bekasi City Manpower Office reached 0.30, which was weak but significant. The magnitude of the influence of leadership on the performance of the Bekasi City Manpower Office reached 0.52, which is quite strong and significant. The magnitude of the influence of professionalism on the performance of the Bekasi City Manpower Office reached 0.33, which was weak but significant. The new concept that can be compiled from the discussion of the results of research on the effect of Policy Implementation on the Performance of the Bekasi City Manpower Office is a new concept on Financial Governance of Regional Work Units; regarding the Leader of Organizational Behavior Steering; and about Professional Appearance.
