This study aims to determine the effect of life skills development programs into sports clubs by integrating life skills components into exercise programs compared to sports clubs and sample groups not involved in sport club activities. The instrument used is Life Skills Scale for Sport questionnaire. Integration is only done 25% of the overall training program provided by the trainer. Data collection with pre-test and posttest of all sample groups. Data is processed by t test, after the data is processed the results show that, (1) Integration of life skills into sports club with the discussion model and the exposure of material by the researchers showed a very uphill graph, (2) Compared with those who did not get life skills the difference was so significant with t count of 5.59. (3) Similarly, compared with that at all not involved in sports club activities very significant difference is obtained t 10.63, in addition, the involvement of samples in activities at sports clubs is far away. After analyzing the data, the result shows that integration in the sports club contributes greatly to the improvement of life skills. Activities in sports clubs make an outstanding contribution to the development of life skills.
This study aims to find out relations of college student habbit on the physical education in sport activity with his body mass index. Physical activity are usually done by everyone, as well as college student at physical education. It is familiar. This study was conducted at a time, in 36 students who were all male sex with the age range of 20-24 years old. To known the result from the data will be processed, researchers used an instrument of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was immediately filled by each respondent without given any treatment previously. Category was obtained from the measurement of body mass index between height and weight each respondent. There is only one group in this research, no groups were compared. The method used is quantitative and data analysis using the technique chi square. The data obtained were then processed with SPSS 21 series. After data processed, the results show there is a significant correlation between both variables.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran pendidikan yaitu personalized system individualized dan direct instruction serta mana yang lebih tepat diberikan pada siswa tingkatan sekolah menengah. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen. Populasi penelitian di SMA N 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang pada kelas olahraga. Instrumen penelitian adalah observasi jumlah waktu aktif belajar pada pelajaran penjas materi pembelajaran adalah lay up shoot bola basket dalam bentuk persentase antara alokasi waktu fokus dengan siswa fokus. Hasilnya bahwa model pembelajaran personalized system individualized dan direct instruction dapat diberikan pada tingkatan sekolah menengah atas. Kesimpulannya bahwa ke-dua model pembelajaran tersebut dapat diberikan karena akan memberikan motivasi belajar siswa dengan adanya model pembelajaran yang berbeda.The purpose of this research was the studied the educational learning model that were a personalized system and direct instruction as well as which was more appropriate given to secondary school students. The research method was experimental. The study population in SMA N 3 Ciamis Indonesia. The participants was 30 students in sports class. The research instrument was the observated of the amount of active learning time on the physical education learning subject matter by lay up shoot basketball in the form of a comparison between the time focus and students focus. How the personalization system learning model and direct instruction can be given at the high school assessment. In conclusion the learning model that can be given because it will provide student learning with different learning models.
Youths participation in sports is entrusted to develop life skill and positive adolescence development. The purpose of this research was to find out of the impact of sports extracurricular to the development life skills of the senior high students. The method of this research was quasi-experimental design. The total samples were 67 students divided into 3 groups; volleyball extracurricular group treated with life skills integration to extracurricular program (henceforth; A), volleyball extracurricular group not treated (henceforth; B), and group of students not treated and not joined the extracurricular (henceforth; C). The results of the research show that: (1) There were different developments of life skills between A and B; (2) There was different developments of life skills between A and C; (3) There was different developments of life skills between B and C; (4) The treatment of life skills to A went effectively, between the pretest and the posttest revealed significant difference. Next, based on the gained score, the result of A was doing good in life skills better than B. It was also better than C. It is concluded that integration of life skills to the extracurricular is effective enough to develop the life skills of student's high school.
This study aims to determine how big the level of agility of futsal players in SMA Negeri 1 Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is a survey with test and measurement techniques. The population of this study was students of SMA Negeri 1 Kawali, Ciamis Regency, amounting to 20 people. The research instrument used to collect data was the t-drill test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 22, the results of data processing and continued with the percentage of agility obtained are dominated in the good category by 50%, but there are still those under the good category, namely the sufficient category by 25%, the less category by 20%, and the less category. once by 5%. In fact, none of them fall into the very good category. The conclusion is that the level of agility of the futsal players of SMA Negeri 1 Kawali, Ciamis Regency, is included in the sufficient category. Suggestion: This research is expected to be a source of reference for other researchers so that further research in the same field is growing, especially in increasing agility.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kelincahan pemain futsal SMA Negeri 1 Kawali Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kawali Kabupaten Ciamis yang berjumlah sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah t-drill test. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 22, hasil pengolahan data dan dilanjutkan dengan persentase kelincahan yang didapat didominasi pada kategori baik sebesar 50 %, namun masih ada yang dibawah kategori baik yaitu kategori cukup sebesar 25 %, kategori kurang sebesar 20 %, dan kategori kurang sekali sebesar 5 %. Bahkan tidak ada yang masuk pada kategori baik sekali. Kesimpulannya bahwa tingkat kelincahan pemain futsal SMA Negeri 1 Kawali Kabupaten Ciamis termasuk pada kategori cukup. Saran : Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu sumber referensi bagi peneliti lain agar adanya penelitian lanjutan pada bidang yang sama semakin berkembang terutama pada peningkatan kelincahan.
