Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Harga Saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018 dengan metode penentuan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik untuk menguji kelayakan model penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas tidak ditemukan variabel yang menyimpang dari asumsi klasik. Hal ini menunjukkan data yang tersedia telah memenuhi syarat menggunakan model persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROE, EPS dan DPR menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Sementara variabel DER tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kemampuan prediksi dari keempat variabel tersebut terhadap Harga Saham dalam penelitian ini sebesar 30,5%, sedangkan sisanya 69,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian.
The purpose of this training is to increase the knowledge of students during “new normal” era through training on sustainable marketing strategies. They are expected to survive and to produce product or service competitiveness that is able to compete in competitive competition. In addition, training is carried out to provide added value and increases various marketing mixed strategies which include 4P’s (Product, Place, Price, and Promotion). The method of implementing this service program is carried out by early identification of students who are related to the problems and obstacles faced by students. Therefore, both parties carry out the program in three steps which are preparation of materials, training or socialization, and recommendations.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara signifikan Motivasi Dan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Selama Penggunaan E-Learning Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah responden 114 orang. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dan dukungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa selama penggunaan e-learning masa pandemic covid-19.
This training aims to provide organizational and leadership knowledge in running and managing an organization through the application of appropriate organizational management and leadership based on the characteristics of an organization. Organizational management is useful to determine the success and sustainable development in the midst of the times in the current era of globalization, an organization must have a good system. A good organization should have members who have adequate management knowledge in running an organization so that the vision and mission can be achieved according to the goals and or ideals of the organization and stakeholders. The results of this training activity showed that the level of understanding of the participants had increased, as evidenced by the results of the discussion of the case as well as problem solving and finding solutions presented by the participants in accordance with the material presented previously. The importance of this training for the organization is because the existence of this training will provide added value for the management and members of the organization so that they can run their organizations effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the stated organizational goals.
The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of components of education and training programs such as materials, teaching staff, methods, time, location and facilities on the career development of employees in Certain Non-Vertical Work Units (SNVT) for Road and Bridge Construction of NTB Province, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is descriptive research and uses a sample survey method in collecting data. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire, in which each variable being studied is made up of measurement indicators arranged in the relevant questionnaire. The analytical tool used in accordance with the objectives of the researcher is multiple linear regression analysis, which is then continued with the F test and t test at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the components of the education and training program such as materials, teaching staff, methods, time, location and facilities have a significant influence on the career development of employees in Certain Non-Vertical Work Units (SNVT) for Road and Bridge Construction in the Province of NTB. simultaneously or partially. The significance criteria are known based on the F test and t test that have been carried out, where F count and t count have a higher value than F table and t table.
