Science is a way for humans as a guide in making decisions in life. AL-Qur'an places knowledge as an obligation to learn. Therefore, it is important to teach children to study knowledge from the Al-Quran. The purpose of this research is to examine the verses of the Al-Qur'an about science in science learning. This study used a literature review design with the steps of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and comparing the literature to be processed and producing conclusions. The data used are secondary data from textbooks, journals, scientific articles, literature reviews that contain the concepts studied. Based on the results of a literature review, it can be concluded that science has aspects such as scientific problems; scientific attitude; scientific method; scientific research; conclusion; and the influence on technology and society. In the view of the Al-Qur'an, studying knowledge must be based on chanting and remembering the name of Allah. Allah made this universe as a medium for human study through a series of activities to read, write, study, research, investigate, observe, and appreciate the greatness of God Almighty in creation. Sight, hearing, and conscience are valuable learning tools or instruments so that they can increase faith and piety in God Almighty. The implementation of science learning can be carried out by internalizing the values of tauhid through studies of the Qur'an related to science. Internalization of monotheistic values or belief in religion in learning can be carried out by 1) curriculum integration, 2) learning integration, and 3) science integration (Islamization of science). Besides that, it can also be applied by exemplary, actual problems in society, planting educational values contextually, and strengthening moral values.

This research was conducted based on the problem of managing the borrowing and returning outpatient medical records at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung which aims to find solutions to these problems to support the effectiveness of medical record services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study approach. In making the software design the writer uses the waterfall method and the supporting applications used are Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013. From the results of the research conducted, the authors found several problems in the management of borrowing and returning outpatient medical records, namely: (1). There were no medical records found on the storage shelf; (2). Recording of borrowing and returning medical records still uses a manual system; (3). The absence of reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The suggestions that can be given by the author, namely : (1). It is better if the borrowing of medical records is determined by the due date so that there are no more medical records that are late to be returned to the storage room; (2). An information system is needed on borrowing and returning medical records to support activities in the hospital, especially in making reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The result of this research is an information system for borrowing and returning medical record files at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung.

The main objective of this study was aimed at developing healthy gymnastics cheerful for early childhood based on Aceh culture in the face of a shift in Acehnese cultural values in Al-Azhar IT Kindergarten children in Banda Aceh. Early childhood education is to form quality Indonesian children, namely children who grow and develop according to their level of development, namely religious and moral, physical-motoric, cognitive, language, social-emotional and artistic values. This research was carried out in the Al-Azhar IT Kindergarten Banda Aceh Banda Aceh and limited trials were conducted at the FKIP Unsyiah Banda Aceh with a total of 20 children. The research method used is Research and Development research. Types of data collected in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. Data on kinesthetic intelligence uses observation instruments in the form of scale 4. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive techniques consisting of calculating frequency, average and percentage, qualitative data were collected by observation, interviews and documentation, qualitative data were analyzed by Miles Huberman technique which included steps; data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed a significant increase related to the condition of children’s kinesthetic intelligence before and after getting the action of the Aceh region culture-based cheerful gymnastic activities in improving the physical motoric intelligence of children both inside and outside the classroom. With the improvement of kinesthetic abilities that are significant both in terms of process and results, the Acehnese culture-based cheerful gymnastic learning activities are very well used in learning to develop various developments in children, especially the motor physical intelligence of children.

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Tekad Tiga Dara Pekanbaru yang juga meruapakan UMKM sudah berdiri sejak 2006 dan berkembang di tahun 2009 ini juga membawahi dua kelompok usaha bersama yaitu Kuntum Bertuah yang bergerak dibidang kerajinan, seperti sulam tekat, pembuatan tanjak, dompet berbahan dasar songket, batik dan kerajinan lainnya. Dan yang satunya adalah Mekar Bersemi yang bergerak dibidang makanan terdiri dari makanan basah dan makanan kering seperti buluh cermai dan keripik melayu yang merupakan produk unggulan dari produk mekar bersemi. Setiap produk dari wirausaha akan mempunyai tahap penurunan permintaan pasar, maka dibutuhkan kreativitas dan inovasi dengan memahami konsep daur hidup melalui penciptaan produk-produk baru setiap kurun waktu tertentu sesuai jenis produknya, supaya tetap dapat eksis bersaing dan usahanya tetap berkembang. Begitu juga dengan KUB/UMKM tekat tiga dara, pernah mengalami pasang surut dalam penjualan produknya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran, serta kreatifitas dan inovasi produk. Pada kesempatan kali ini Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) STIE Dharma Putra mengadakan kegiatan PKM di UMKM Tekad Tiga Dara Pekanbaru dengan mengusung judul ” Penerapan Strategi Pemasaran, Inovasi Produk Kreatif Dan Orientasi Pasar Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pemasaran Umkm Tekat Tiga Dara”. Memberikan pelatihan kepada seluruh anggota KUB Tekat Tiga Dara tentang strategi pemasaran serta pemanfaatan media online, pengembangan inovasi produk kreatif agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran UMKM tersebut.
