ABSTRACT

Cervical cancer is one of the cancer that need to watch out for because this cancer occupy the number one cause of death for women in Indonesia. Data from the Health Office Regency of Sragen  in 2017 have 15% positive cases and in 2016 there were 9% positive cases during IVA test. This indicates that the rate of addition of positive IVA test cases is significant. Data obtained from the Plupuh I Public Health Center noted that during 2017, there were 47 positive cases (17%) of the 267 examined. Outcomes in this activity is an increase in the participation of women of childbearing age in early detection of cervical cancer through IVA examination tests and increased knowledge of IVA tests. The IVA examination was carried out at the Plupuh I Public Health Center on February 1, 2018, with a total of 32 participants and all participants participating in IVA tests. From the results of the examination was obtained 5 WUS positive when the examination IVA test and given introduction to conduct further examination at the Public Health Center.

In childhood, the process of growth and development happens very quickly. If food does not contain enough nutrients needed, and this situation lasts longer, it will cause changes in metabolism in the brain. This will result in the inability of the brain to function normally. In more severe and chronic conditions, nutritional deficiencies lead to aging body growth. The outcome target of community service is in the form of services aimed at improving the knowledge and participation of the community in monitoring the nutrition and growth of their children periodically. Method of implementation is done by counseling and question and answer. The results of this activity are held in Pulosari, Karangasem, Sroyo village on February 22, 2015, with the total number of 33 participants and the enthusiasm of the participants to follow the activities to completion. The conclusion of community service is the increase of knowledge and awareness as well as community participation related to nutrition and growth of their children.

Background: Humans are unique creatures created by Allah in an absolutely prefect form. All organs in the human body are connected by very complex and complete nerves. When there is interference or weakness in one organ, the other organs will signal that weakness. The face and palms are two organs of the body from which weaknesses or disorders that occur in certain organs in the bodu can be identified. Objective: increase partisipans’ knowledge and skills in disease detection through paln analysis. Method: The method of activity is to conduct training, with participants being women in the village of Wonorejo, Polokarto, Sukoharjo. The implementation time is Sunday, July 14 2020. Result: The value of knowledge before the training is 70% less, enough 25% and 5% good. The value of knowledge after training is less 17.5%, 32.5% sufficient and 50% good. The mean score of pre-test knowledge was 4.1 and 7.08 in the post test. Conclusion: The training activity can increase participants’ knowledge and skills in disease detection through palm analysis.
