The Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) is a conditional social cash transfer program that provides assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM) appointed as participants in the Conditional Cash Transfer program which is related to improving the quality of human life through education and health. This study aims to analyze the impact of Conditional Cash Transfers on ex-families who receive of Conditional Cash Transfers who go out independently in Pagelaran District with indicators of changes in economic conditions, changes in health quality, and changes in the quality of education. In evaluating the impact of this program, the researcher used the impact evaluation theory using The Most Significant Change technique (MSC) which is a participatory monitoring and evaluation technique that aims to obtain information about the most important changes in family life resulting from participation in poverty programs. The results of this study indicate that the Conditional Cash Transfer in Pagelaran District has a changing impact on the Former Beneficiary Family both positive and negative. Seen from the positive impact, the Former Beneficiary Family have experienced changes for the better, especially in the fields of economy and education. However, there has been change in the health sector because the informant of the Former Beneficiary Family in Pagelaran District was the recipient of assistance in the education sector. However, the negative side is the lack of compliance of former recipient families when they become participants in education.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana peran masyarakat sipil sebagai aktor non-Negara dan publik dalam tata kelola lingkungan di Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya pencemaran lingkungan dan tidak memadainya peran masyarakat sipil. Studi ini berfokus pada 4 isu utama mengenai peran masyarakat sipil yang menjadi perhatian para peneliti yaitu pengumpulan dan penyebaran informasi tentang lingkungan, penilaian dan pemantauan lingkungan; advokasi untuk keadilan lingkungan dan masyarakat memiliki hak penuh untuk setiap kegiatan publik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi peran masyarakat sipil berjalan dengan baik tetapi ada beberapa indikator yang tidak optimal dalam menjalankan perannya untuk bekerja sama dengan masyarakat dalam menjaga kondisi lingkungan. Saran peneliti untuk peran masyarakat sipil sebagai aktor non-Negara dan ruang publik dalam tata kelola lingkungan adalah bahwa seringkali lebih baik untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan diskusi terkait dengan masalah lingkungan dengan masyarakat dan meningkatkan akses publik melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat akan lebih aktif dan sadar akan potensi lingkungannya.
This activity aims to provide knowledge, understanding, and skills to the community through training in planning for children's education funds as an effort to increase financial literacy. The method used is by training and practice. Evaluation of the training, among others, by looking at: (1) Participants' understanding of the material provided based on the results of the participants' pre-test and post-test evaluations; (2) the enthusiasm/response of participants in participating in the activities; (3) the ability of participants in practice; (4) Clarity of the speaker in delivering the material. The long-term target to be achieved in this activity is to make the community through PKK cadres able to manage family finances so that they can plan and prepare children's education funds in the future. Overall, the average score of participants before the socialization activities was carried out was 24.67 and increased to 71.67 after the training activities were carried out. An average increase of 47 points. The highest pre test score is 30 and the lowest score is 10, while for the post test session the highest score is 80 and the lowest score is 50. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this service activity is able to have a positive cognitive impact on knowledge about how to prepare children's education funds. . Meanwhile, in terms of affective awareness, willingness, and ability of participants in implementing family financial management so that they can plan and prepare funds for children's education in the future.
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Kekerasan terhadap anak yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun direspon oleh Kabupaten Pringsewu dengan mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 17 tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Kabupaten Layak Anak di Pringsewu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan kabupaten layak anak di Kabupaten Pringsewu Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan dari Edward III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diukur dari variabel komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi, penyelenggarakan kebijakan kabupaten layak anak belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Peraturan Daerah yang merupakan payung tertinggi di tingkat kabupaten tidak diikuti dengan peraturan dan kebijakan turunan yang seharusnya mendukung peraturan daerah tersebut. Disposisi merupakan variabel penting dalam kebijakan Kabupaten Layak Anak yang menjadi simpul pengikat variabel lainnya. Penelitian lanjutan dapat dilakukan dengan mengambil fokus pada perilaku waktu dan identifikasi variabel-variabel lain yang menjadi umpan balik kebijakan ini. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Kata kunci</strong><strong>: </strong><strong>implementasi kebijakan, Kebupaten Layak Anak, kekerasan terhadap anak.</strong></span><strong></strong></p>
Children's programs currently served are not in accordance with the classification of programs during children's broadcast hours and children's content that contains violence and contains more foreign animation than local children's shows. Therefore, Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia (Indonesian Broadcasting Commission), which was formed as an independent institution, has the authority to compile and supervise various broadcasting regulations that connect broadcasting institutions requiring a strategy in monitoring television programs in realizing child-friendly broadcasts. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the strategy of Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia in monitoring television programs to achieve child-friendly broadcasts. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the strategy of Komisi Penyiaran Indonsia is quite good but there are still shortcomings in the budget and target recipients, namely broadcasting institutions that are still committing violations. The implementation strategy is formulated into a program, in the form of Bimbingan Teknis Penyiaran Anak, Anugerah Penyiaran Ramah Anak and Pengaturan Isi Siaran Anak.
