Wonokoyo Group bergerak di bidang perunggasan dan membutuhkan karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasional dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi untuk dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan hal tersebut sehingga dapat mengurangi turn over dan meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Wonokoyo Group area pemasaran Yogyakarta dan Surabaya sebanyak 50 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan Software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasional tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self-efficacy dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasional dan self-efficacy secara tidak langsung positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional. Komitmen berhasil memediasi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan kinerja karyawan serta memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasional dan kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian, self-efficacy karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja sudah baik, namun perlu secara berkala dilakukan monitoring penilaian karyawan dan pemberian reward untuk karyawan dengan prestasi kerja yang bagus sehingga mampu memberikan motivasi dan jiwa kompetitif terhadap karyawan lainnya sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja. The condition of decreasing water quality also occurs in the Brantas River. This pollution is mostly caused by domestic waste caused by the lack of public awareness in disposing of waste in its place. Based on these problems PT. Pertamina (Persero) Integrated Terminal Surabaya, as one of the corporate entities that stands around the location provides a program that aims to deal with this problem through the Jambangan Right Behind Movement (Geblak) program. The research method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is PT. Pertamina (Persero) Integrated Terminal Surabaya has a role as a facilitator and catalyst. There are several stages that have been passed since the beginning of the program, namely assessment, engagement, action and facilitation. The impact can be seen in changes in environmental conditions that used to be slums to become organized, as well as reducing waste that is converted into goods of economic value.
Asiatic acid (AA) is one of the triterpenoids isolated from pegagan (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb.), which has the antiinflammatory activity. The present studies were aimed to synthesize triacetyl asiatic acid (2,3,23-triacetooxy-12-ene asiatic acid) and to predict its hepatotoxicity properties. Acetylation was carried out using acetic acid anhydride and ZnCl 2 as a catalyst, while the hepatotoxicity properties were studied using Accelrys Discovery Studio 2.5 software. The structure was elucidated with IR, Mass and NMR spectroscopic methods. The results showed that the product of synthesis was confirmed as triacetyl asiatic acid, and the yield was 31.79%. The prediction of its hepatotoxicity revealed that triacetyl asiatic acid is less hepatotoxic than AA.
Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui taraf pemberian suplementasi wafer pakan daun lamtoro terhadap performa sapi Pasundan. Komposisi ransum terdiri dari pakan konvensional (dedak, jerami padi, dan hijauan rumput gajah), dan wafer suplemen pakan (daun lamtoro, bungkil kelapa, bungkil kedelai, molases, pollard, CaCO3, molases, dan CGM (Corn Gluten Meal) sebagai perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 5 kelompok sebagai ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu P0 = pakan konvensional (dedak, jerami padi, dan rumput gajah), P1 = pakan konvensional + 5 % wafer daun lamtoro, P2 = pakan konvensional + 10 % wafer daun lamtoro, P3 = pakan konvensional + 15 % wafer daun lamtoro. Pengelompokan didasarkan pada bobot badan yaitu sangat kecil (70,23 ± 9,15 kg), kecil (99,55 ± 7,87 kg), sedang (102,05 ± 7,29 kg), besar (115,23 ± 8,44 kg) dan sangat besar (136,59 ± 7,10 kg). Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah bobot badan akhir, pertambahan bobot hidup harian, dan efisiensi pakan. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian suplemen wafer pakan pada taraf 10 % (P2) nyata (P < 0,05) meningkatkan bobot badan akhir, pertambahan bobot hidup harian, dan efisiensi pakan sapi Pasundan.

This is because there are differences in Ulama and Ijbar rights which are also debated especially when faced with contemporary issues such as gender.
