Infeksi hepatitis telah menyebabkan kematian 1,34 juta orang di seluruh dunia. Hepatitis dapat terjadi pada ibu selama kehamilan. Berdasarkan informasi dari Puskesmas Johan Pahlawan pada tahun 2020, lebih dari 603 ibu hamil telah menjalani pemeriksaan HBsAg dan 6 positif terinfeksi hepatitis B. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran tenaga kesehatan dengan partisipasi ibu hamil dalam pemeriksaan HBsAg di Puskesmas Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Jenis pengujian yang digunakan adalah strategi tinjauan mendalam dengan metodologi cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 160 ibu hamil yang datang ke puskesmas dan diambil dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kunjungan rumah (p=0,001) dan (OR=3.141/CI 95%=1.550-6.364), pendampingan selama hamil (p=0.015) dan (OR=2.489/CI 95%=1.190 -5.208), koordinasi dengan kader (p=0.018) dan (OR= 2.421/CI 95%=1.167-5.025) serta tidak ada hubungan antara penyuluh kesehatan (p=0.066) dan (OR=1.971/CI 95%=0.956 - 4.063) dengan keikutseraan pemeriksaan HBsAg di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Oleh karena itu, ibu hamil harus menjalani tes HBsAg untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit pada tahap awal dan mengobatinya selama kehamilan.
Parenting patterns and family income have a major influence on the incidence of edits in children aged 2-5 years. The problem is the high number of stunting cases in the festive sub-district, reaching 58 children who are stunted. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parenting patterns and family income with incidence. Research method This type of research is analytic with a cross-sectional design, while the sample is 58 respondents, analyzed by Univariate and bivariate which is then tested with Chi-Square. This research was conducted in December 2021 in the Gunung Meriah sub-district, Aceh Singkil district. The results showed that based on the results of the chi-square test, a value was obtained (P.Value 0.002 <α 0.05) so that it could be described that there was a significant relationship between Parenting Patterns and Stunting Incidents. Furthermore, there is a relationship between family income and the incidence of stunting, where the results of the chi-square test obtained a value (P.Value 0.012 <α 0.05). The conclusion, along with the results of this research study, proved that there was a relationship between parenting and family income with the incidence of stunting as evidenced by the P-value < 0.05. Suggestions for mothers to increase parenting efforts for their children, even though family income is not sufficient to meet the needs for nutritious food for children, try to keep them fulfilled.
Hypertension is an excessively raised blood pressure condition that can cause serious health complications and increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and sometimes death. The problem with hypertension cases has experienced a significant fluctuation from 2014 as many as 95 cases, increasing in 2015 to 105 cases. The survey results show that hypertension that occurs in the community is caused by family history and does not pay attention to the type of food eaten. Hypertension in the community at the Meureubo Community Health Center, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. This study was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design which was conducted in December 2016 with a sample of 51 people, analyzed using univariate and bivariate, then tested with chi-square. The results showed that there was an effect of genetics and lifestyle on the incidence of hypertension as evidenced by the value of P. value <α = 0.05. For the PUSKESMAS to increase motivation in the community by suggesting consuming healthy foods, exercising regularly, to achieve the expected healthy life.
