Learning activities in general that have been carried out are face-to-face learning, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, learning activities have changed. Learning activities that were initially carried out face-to-face were replaced with e-learning. This of course makes students respond with various responses. Universities must be able to capture student responses well, whether students are satisfied or not with e-learning learning. Data collection used by distributing questionnaires to students. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Meanwhile, to find out how to analyze student satisfaction in this study, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm will be used. The results of the analysis using SVM accuracy value of 98.23% means that the SVM algorithm method can predict respondents who are satisfied and who are not satisfied correctly 98.23% of the total data. Precision is the ratio of true positive predictions compared to the overall predicted positive results so this SVM algorithm predicts respondents who are correctly satisfied by 95.65% compared to the overall predicted results are satisfied. Recall is the ratio of true positive predictions compared to the total number of true positive data. The SVM algorithm produces a recall value of 95.65%, meaning that the SVM algorithm predicts respondents who are predicted to be satisfied compared to all respondents who are actually satisfied.

<p>On voyage ship should be equipped with proper navigation equipment. Cadets who will be working on board of a ship should understand and aware of navigational equipment. Because, it could cause accidents when they are working on board of a ship without proper understanding and awareness on navigational equipment. One of the ways for cadets to understand about navigation equipment is by teaching and learning process. These navigation equipment are Maps, Compasses, Sextants, Binoculars, GPS, EPIRB, NavTex, GMDSS and Echo Sounder. Each of these navigation equipment are having their own fuction and operating system. So, it is a mandatory for every cadets to understand and aware in operating these navigation equipment.</p><p><strong>Keywords : Navigational Technology,Teaching, Learning, Cadets</strong></p><p>Kapal laut yang sedang melakukan pelayaran harus dilengkapi dengan alat navigasi yang baik. Taruna yang akan bekerja di kapal laut harus mempunyai pemahaman dan keterampilan tentang alat navigasi, karena jika pemahaman dan keterampilan tentang alat navigasi kurang maka bisa mengakibatkan kecelakaan di laut waktu kapal sedang berlayar. Salah satu cara agar taruna memahami tentang alat navigasi adalah dengan adanya pengenalan alat navigasi di perkuliahan. Alat navigasi dari dahulu sampai sekarang antara lain : peta, kompas, sextans, binoarculs, GPS, Radar, EPIRB, Navtex, GMDSS, dan Echo Sounder. Setiap alat mempunyai fungsi dan cara pengoperasian berbeda – beda, untuk itu pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan alat navigasi bersifat wajib bagi taruna.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Teknologi, Pembelajaran, Navigasi, Taruna</strong></p>

This community service activity aims to plant mangrove tree seedlings that are expected to be used as pollutant absorbers and prevent seawater abrasion, educational facilities, carbon storage, and coastal tourism. The method used is by conducting lectures and direct practice by planting mangrove tree seedlings. This service activity is carried out in several stages including observation, coordination, execution, and evaluation. Observations were made by coming to Tirang Beach to determine the location for planting mangrove seedlings. tirang beach was chosen due to beach abrasion due to rising seawater and abrasion. The coordination stage is carried out by the community service team together with the Tirang beach manager. The aim is to coordinate so that community service activities can run smoothly and on target. The execution was carried out by planting mangrove tree seedlings on the beach, especially those affected by abrasion. While the evaluation is by looking at the deficiencies that were carried out during community service activities. The activity of planting mangrove trees is beneficial for increasing public awareness of environmental concerns by planting trees and for reducing greenhouse gas emissions so as to reduce impact global warming.
