ABSTRACTdependent diabetes, was suffering from gait disturbance for several months. She was admitted to another hospital and a computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) revealed an extra-axial mass in left posterior fossa with tentorium implantation. The most likely diagnosis was a meningioma and she was admitted at the department of neurosurgery. A preoperative cerebral angiography was performed for the purpose of supra-selective embolisation of neoplastic vessels.
