The state of health and psychological well-being of all citizens, is a determining condition for the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of this study was to theoretically substantiate and identify the role and place of the alienation of children from school in the issue of ensuring the psychological safety of schoolchildren. The researchers set out the content and results of an experimental study, which was aimed at identifying the real state of learning motivation, the manifestation of alienation symptoms in children, the state of their emotional resource deficiency in elementary school children. The authors present the results of a study conducted with 1st–2nd-grade pupils, as well as parents and teachers of elementary schools in the southern region of Kazakhstan in the aspect of the sought problem.  The results showed that the developmental histories of children with signs of alienation, are characteristics that demonstrate a deficit of a conflict resource in the early stages of development Keywords: alienation, schoolchild, provision, psychological safety, educational environment

Understanding the role of languages ​​in the modern world poses before us the question of teaching languages ​​and raising the level of language teaching. Polylingual education in the Republic of Kazakhstan today is one of the main directions in the secondary education system. The aim of our study was to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the methodology for the formation of the polylingual personality of pupils in the process of organizing extracurricular work in a general education school.  The research conducted an experimental and pedagogical work and analysed the collected data using comparative analysis and statisticalmethods such as percentages. The status of a person in society is determined not only by the level of income or education, but also by their health. Therefore, the issues of developing a responsible attitude to health as a public domain and familiarizing learners with a healthy lifestyle is now gaining special significance. The aim of the study was to identify the forms and methods of teaching physical education from the perspective of the formation of a responsible attitude of schoolchildren to their health, consolidating the skills of a healthy lifestyle in everyday life. Schoolteachers and students formed the participants for this research. The research conducted a questionnaire survey of 126 secondary school teachers in Shymkent city.  An experiment was also conducted, and data was collected using observation. Anthropometric parameters and component analysis were among the data analysis tools. From the results, the main content of physical education in conditions of distance learning should be the formation of a responsible attitude of learners to their health.   Keywords: health; physical education;  pedagogy; school children; schoolteachers
