Since the environment surpasses all the frames created by men, the basic aim of this paper is to point to how important the quality of the environment is, as well as to discuss whether the two, protection of the environment and economy endorsement, can function together. The economy which does not respect natural resources in an adequate way is irrational. That is why the importance of social awareness of the environment's sacrificing for the purpose of economic progress is underlined. It is not always sufficient to abandon everything to various interests, and thus secure the most favourable economic status, but it is also necessary to refocus people's economic functioning to the promotion of the environment. This paper analyses economy's essential functions - production, distribution, exchange, and consumption which, on the one hand, have an impact on the exploitation of natural resources, and on the other bring about waste generation. Only a correct treatment of waste may produce multiple benefits.

BiTcOin-iTs cOndiTiOn and Tendencies abstrakt The appearance of cryptocurrency marks the arrival of a new unlimited global system with no intermediaries and costly intercontinental transactions. Digital money would make it possible for us to have significantly quicker and cheaper transactions, which, along with present technology, is considered inevitable in the future. This paper includes three topics and deals with the bitcoin phenomenon and its influence on economic growth. The paper presents the bitcoin technology, its advantages and some risks to which the system's users are exposed. Bitcoin represents an exceptional technical achievement, and specific features of bitcoin present a particular challenge for its users.

Rezime: U radu se polazi od traženja odgovora na pitanje kakvu bi monetarnu politiku centralna banka trebalo da vodi u novim tržišnim uslovima i da centralna banka kao ključna monetarna institucija mora obezbediti kredibilitet monetarne politike, što je posebno značajno tokom makroekenomske stabilizacije. Da bi kreatori monetarne politike mogli da odgovore na pitanje kakvu monetarnu politiku da sprovode, neophodno je da znaju i efekte monetarne politike na ekonomsku aktivnost, pre svega inevesticionu aktivnost i vreme u kome se oni mogu javiti. Poseban status i ovlašćenja omogućuju centralnoj banci da kontroliše monetarna kretanja, da drži i rukuje deviznim rezervama, da drži obavezne rezerve banaka, da upravlja državnim dugom, da je kreditor bankarskog sistema poslednje instance, da se stara o likvidnosti bankarskog sistema, i zbog toga je centralna banka postala odgovorna za funkcionisanje ukupnog finansijskog tržišta, posebno novčanog tržišta. Centralna banka direktno ili indirektno utiče na najvažnija zbivanja na finansijskim tržištima, finansijskom sistemu, ali i šire-na celokupnu privredu jedne zemlje. Da bi se uopšte sagledao uticaj finansijskog tržišta na monetarnu i investicionu politiku, treba prvo poći od uloge centralne banke na finansijskom tržištu, a sa druge strane analizirati instrumente i institucije finansijskog tržišta. Ključne reči: centralna banka, finansijsko tržište, monetarna politika, investiciona politika.

Within a society, not only citizens but also economic entities, social organizations and the state as a complex legal organization can play an important role in achieving common interests. Environmental policy cannot be implemented by just one ministry, one city, one company, environmental protection requires joint work. Today, Serbia is mature enough to take into account every aspect of the life of its citizens and establish harmony between the increase of people's living standards and the preservation of social peace with minimal environmental pollution. The paper analyzes the importance of both the private and public sectors in terms of implementing environmental policy and establishing a balance between economic progress and environmental protection. On the other hand, it is pointed out that the adoption and implementation of environmental legislation entails high costs and significant investments, which can be an insurmountable obstacle for countries with poor economic opportunities.
