This study aimed to analyze the effect of IS Success Model variable on Edmodo's e-learning user satisfaction partially, both directly and indirectly through the TAM variable. This research was conducted through an ex-post-facto approach to undergraduate students. Data collection instruments used questionnaire and observation. The questionnaire was developed from the technology acceptance model (TAM) and information system (IS) success model. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and path analysis using IBM SPSS 20 program. The results showed that the three core variables of the IS Success model directly had a significant effect on the two core variables of TAM, and the two core variables of TAM directly affected user satisfaction. Indirectly, the three core variables of IS Success model had a significant effect on user satisfaction through the two core variables of TAM. Service Quality, also, to provide a more significant direct effect on perceived usefulness, also indirectly influenced user satisfaction through perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use had more significant direct and indirect effects through perceived usefulness on Edmodo e-learning user satisfaction.
This study aims to gather various information for the formulation of a conceptual model of user satisfaction e-learning Edmodo. The preliminary study conducted through literature study and field study on students of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, Indonesia. The study resulted in the integration of two models of the user acceptance technology, i.e., technology acceptance model (TAM) from Davis et al. and information system model (IS) success from DeLone & McLean. The conceptual model of Edmodo e-learning user satisfaction generated in this research is a reference for model development and policy formulation in the implementation and development of Edmodo's ongoing e-learning content in universities.
Fenomena transgender dalam masyarakat mendapatkan berbagai macam reaksi. Kasus-kasus pun banyak bermunculan sehingga membutuhkan penanganan. Dalam penelitian ini memfokuskan pada persepsi masyarakat kota Makassar terhadap keberadaan transgender. Untuk menjawabnya peneliti menggunakan pendekatan secara agama dan sosiologi. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survey , yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan langsung terhadap masyarakat kota Makassar sebagai sasaran melalui penyebaran angket/questioner kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dipaparkan mengenai persepsi yang diberikan masyarakat Makassar tentang keberadaan transgender.Peneliti menemukan jawaban yang bervariasi dari responden mengenai persepsi tentang transgender secara subjektif.Dapat diketahui bahwa transgender adalah orang yang memiliki kelainan biologis misalnya terlahir dengan dua alat kelamin dan adapula yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor eksternal seperti adanya pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan. Universities, as one of the formal education institutions, are required to prepare their students to become human beings to reach the expected national education goal. The goal of education is to produce people who agree with and concern God Almighty and have a noble spirit, maintain knowledge and abilities, which are bodily and mentally healthy, have a strong and independent character and control a feeling of social and national responsibility. Additionally, graduates of Higher Education are expected to be able to fill the need for the availability of experts and professionals at various levels and types of abilities. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to determine the effect of academic services toward the cadets learning motivation at the shipping science polytechnic of Makassar. The approach used in the study is an explanatory survey with a population of 1,407 cadets of Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar with a sample of 281 selected by using proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected using observation, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study showed that the academic services are influential to the cadets' learning motivation at the Shipping Science Polytechnic of Makassar.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk: mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran berbantuan video scribe, penilaian praktisi terhadap media pembelajaran berbantuan video scribe, efektivitas media pembelajaran berbantuan VideoScribe pada pembelajaran fisika, dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbantuan video scribe. Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah 20 orang peserta didik kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 6 Sinjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan model ADDIE. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi media pembelajaran, kuesioner respon praktisi dan instrumen tes pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Kriteria kelayakan media pembelajaran dilihat dari aspek validitasnya. Kriteria kepraktisannya dilihat dari penilaian praktisi terhadap media pembelajaran, dan kriteria efektivitasnya dilihat dari peningkatan hasil tes pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh simpulan: (1) media pembelajaran berbantuan VideoScribe yang dikembangkan, berdasarkan penilaian pakar dengan menggunakan analisis indeks Aiken V dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan dengan revisi kecil; (2) media pembelajaran berbantuan VideoScribe ditinjau dari respon praktisi guru fisika berada pada kategori sangat baik; (3) efektivitas media pembelajaran berbantuan VideoScribe dilihat dari kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang dianalisis dengan N-gain diperoleh rata-rata nilai sebesar 0,64 berada pada kategori sedang yang berarti bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran berbantuan VideoScribe yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik.
