In globalization era, technology is rapidly growing. Nowadays many companies use technology in their business with the purpose to support internal and external activities, such as online sales. Currently, the level of competition in the field of online sales is getting bigger because there are many companies get into the market. The purpose of this study is to help new website of PT Pos Indonesia (Galeripos) face competition and increase the intention of visitor to visit Galeripos and the number of transaction there as well. This study was conducted to know how website quality and perceived risk influence online trust of web visitors and the impact on online purchase intention. The method used in this research is path analysis. Data had collected by distributing questionnaires through social media. As conclusion, website quality, perceived risk, and online trust, individually and simultaneously, have significant influence on online purchase intention. ABSTRAK Pada era globalisasi sekarang, teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Banyak perusahaan menggunakan teknologi dalam melakukan bisnis dengan tujuan untuk membantu kegiatan internal maupun eksternal, seperti penjualan secara online. Sekarang ini, tingkat persaingan di bidang penjualan online makin besar karena banyak perusahaan masuk ke pasar tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu website baru PT Pos Indonesia (Galeripos). Penelitian bertujuan membantu PT Pos Indonesia menghadapi persaingan dan meningkatkan niat pengunjung website Galeripos untuk melakukan transaksi melalui website Galeripos. Pada pelitian ini dilakukan pengujian pengaruh website quality dan perceived risk terhadap online trust dan dampaknya terhadap online purchase intention. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Sementara data kuesioner penelitian disebarkan melalui media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website quality, perceived risk, dan online trust, secara individu maupun simultan, memiliki pengaruh terhadap online purchase intention. This study aims to investigate the differences in underlying psychological aspects regarding pro-environmental behavior between two distinct consumer groups: green product and non-green product consumers. Psychological aspects investigated includes cognitive attitude, affective attitude, social norm, and behavioral intention. Using survey, a total of 276 responses from Solo, Jogyakarta, and Semarang are succesfully collected. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to check the measurement model, while a multiple regression and MANOVA were performed to examine the proposed hypothesis. Compared to non-green product consumers, green product consumers exhibited significantly higher levels of cognitive attitude, affective attitude, social norm, personal norm, and green consumer behavior. Also cognitive, affective attitude, and personal norm predicted green consumer behavior. The limitations of this study include the self-reporting questionnare and the measurmenet of consumers’ recycling intention rather than their actual behavior.
This study aims to analyze the public perception of value, risk, and trust of green products and developing green marketing model by considering the environmental friendliness of the product, the perception of the value of products, and the risk of products to enhance the consumer's intention to purchase green products. This research used 292 respondents as a sample research. Using a structural equations mode, this research found that the public reward and risk products significantly influence consumers' willingness to buy green products. While the trust is not able to increase green purchasing their desires, and cannot be moderating appreciation green value and green risk to increase green purchasing green Abstrak.Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan diskripsi persepsi masyarakat terhadap nilai, risiko, dan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap produk ramah lingkungan berdasarkan karakteristik mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan 292 responden sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan analisis persamaan struktural ditemukan bahwa variabel green value dan green risk adalah unsur terpenting dalam meningkatkan keinginan masyarakat untuk membeli produk ramah lingkungan. Tingkat penghargaan yang tinggi pada produk hijau dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan secara langsung menguatkan keinginan mereka untuk membeli produk tersebut. Apabila perusahaan dapat menekan persepsi masyarakat terhadap risiko produk akan dapat meningkatkan keinginan mereka untuk membeli produk.
