In Colombia, the development of technology-based projects is being promoted and encouraged. In this sense, different institutions, both private and governmental, allocate a large amount of technical and financial resources to develop or contribute to the development of such initiatives. However, in entities such as the “Red de Tecnoparque Colombia del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje”, strategies that allow managing and evidencing the activities developed by each of the projects carried out in the network had not been implemented. Therefore, no information support allowed to measure or sustain the technological maturity of the projects gestated. Thus, in “Tecnoparque Nodo Medellín”, a software platform was developed to register and manage the entire development path of technological projects. Also, the platform provides management indicators and a repository of evidence to use at the national level, allowing monetization of the activities of support in Investigation and development of the “Red Tecnoparque” in Colombia.
La transferencia tecnológica TT, es considerada un proceso continuo en el que el saber hacer, la experiencia y los equipos tecnológicos, fluyen de una institución a otra. El término transferencia, comprende el proceso de aprendizaje para entender, utilizar y replicar las tecnologías adquiridas, incluyendo la capacidad para escogerla y adaptarla a las condiciones locales, e integrarla a la tecnología de la región. El objetivo de este estudio es realizar una revisión sistémica de los estudios relacionados con TT desde el 2010, usando la metodología PRISMA, con el fin de identificar los tipos, modelos, y mecanismos de TT. La pertinencia del presente estudio se evidencia en las alianzas público-privadas, entre los centros educativos y el sector privado para la ejecución de proyectos. Los resultados muestran una selección de 7 modelos y 4 mecanismos, a partir de los cuales se selecciona cuál es el que mejor se adapta a las necesidades del Centro de Servicios y Gestión Empresarial del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, que le permita cumplir con la misión institucional; realizar investigación aplicada de acuerdo a las realidades y contexto.
Resumen -Actualmente en Colombia se fomenta la Investigación, el Desarrollo tecnológico y la Innovación (I+D+i) a las empresas, a través de la financiación de proyectos con estos componentes. Sin embargo, se evidenció por medio de entrevistas, que la mayoría de los proyectos presentados, a pesar de cumplir con estos criterios se encuentran mal formulados y sin estructuración, por lo que su evaluación final resulta desfavorable. La investigación de la que este artículo da cuenta, tuvo como propósito el desarrollar una plataforma interactiva multimedial que permite estructurar proyectos bajo la metodología de marco lógico. Se definieron los requisitos básicos para la formulación de un proyecto I+D+i a partir de la orientación de expertos en el tema. Luego mediante la metodología ágil de desarrollo SCRUM, se dividió la investigación en 3 fases. En la primera fase se contienen los datos generales, Matriz de Véster, árbol de problemas y de objetivos. En la segunda se presenta un análisis de involucrados y perfil del proyecto; y en la tercera se incluye el cronograma, presupuesto y matriz de marco lógico. La plataforma final desarrollada contiene apoyos multimediales como avatares, videos y audios. El software que contextualiza y guía al usuario en su proceso de formulación y estructuración del proyecto, aplica una interfaz de usuario que cumple los criterios de Experiencia de Usuario, UX.Palabras clave: Interfaz multimedial; Marco lógico; Plataforma web; formulación de Proyectos.Abstract -Today, Colombia promotes research, technological development and business innovation through financing projects that include these elements. However, it has been found through interviews, despite meeting these criteria, that projects are poorly formulated and lack of a solid structure, so that their final rating is unfavorable. This research aims to develop a multimedia and interactive platform that allows the formulation of projects under the logical framework methodology. The basic requirements for the formulation of I+D+i projects were defined based on the evaluation of experts on the subject. Then, through SCRUM (agile development methodology), the research was divided into three stages: the first stage comprises the general data of the organization: Vester's matrix, problems and objective trees. The second stage presents an analysis of the actors involved and a profile of the project. The third stage includes the chronogram, the budget and the matrix of the logical framework. The final platform contains multimedia support such as avatars, videos and audio. The software that contextualizes and guides the user in the process of formulating and structuring the project, applies a user interface that meets the criteria of UX (User Experience)
The fourth industrial revolution sparked by the advent of the Internet caused a wide variety of media to interact with the shareholders of a company. The interaction on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, websites, and others, generated a large quantity of data that overwhelms the ability of a small entrepreneur to analyze, process and make appropriate decisions regarding the behavior of its consumers. The objective of this research paper is to analyze the social networks of “Sistemas Expertos SAS”, a consulting company in project management through NVivo 12 software. For the construction of this case a bibliographic analysis of the literature and a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the social channels of the company under study were carried out, using the technology of “Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje” information processing and analysis laboratory. With this analysis we want to provide valuable information to better satisfy customers, thus generating social inclusion for small business owners who do not have access to advanced tools to innovate and allowing an approximation to the reality experienced by the 87% represented by Colombian small and medium sized enterprises.
