The purpose of this study is to determine the location of the custom workshop business using the criteria of NPV, IRR, PBP, PI and B/C. This research method uses a field research model with the right procedure to use the net present value method, internal rate of return, payback period, profitability index and benefit cost ratio to determine the custome workshop business. The results of the criteria obtained are that NPV>0, IRR is 29.4%, PBP is 2.75 years, PI is 1.1.48 and B/C is 1.1. This level of achievement uses the world every day, there must be activities in the custome workshop to achieve the criteria. The criterion that becomes the dominant factor is the occurrence of an increase in the profitability index. This is a criterion that states there is an increase in the benefits of the specified investment value. What causes an increase in benefits is that assets and production facilities can experience functions that are more suitable for the way they are used.
Overwork is the cause of above-normal pulses. Rest time role needed to re-normalize pulse. The research aims to design the right rest system with a Physiology and Quality Function Deployment approach in tofu craftsmen of the male gender in Kediri district. The method with the first stage performs measurements of pulse, oxygen consumption, metabolism, energy and intervention. The second stage performs a set of attributes needs of craftsmen and technical responses from MSME owners know with the final results of attribute selection based on the highest weight. The results showed an effective rest time of 233.9 minutes per 6 hours of work reviewed from the physiological approach. Rest time with Quality Function Deployment approach weighing 192.02 is worship with a time of 20 minutes; sleep weight 182.25 with a time of 60 minutes; evaluation weighed 157.84 with a time of 120 minutes; heating weighs 152.96 with a time of 20 minutes; and drinking water weighed 121.85 with a time of 13.9 minutes. With this result, a break design system can be applied to improve the performance of tofu craftsmen. Subsequent development may lead to reduced rest time but result in greater performance.
Garbage has certainly been a classic problem which tends to get worse, especially in Jabodetabek area. Various attempts were made to solve the waste problem in the cities. This raises the writer's desire to make a tool that can clean trash in the river automatically, far-reaching, and effectively, namely the lifting garbage conveyor. With this design, garbage can be cleaned continuously because of the automatic system. Even if the volume of garbage in the river increases, the tool can increase the speed of cleaning the garbage by itself. With the sensor system, the tool can continue to operate, without allowing trash to accumulate, using energy effectively, and not requiring a lot of human labor. This tool is designed to cover the entire river and it is capable of being assembled. Because the tool can run automatically, it only takes 1 to 2 workers whose to supervise and do not need to work physically. This tool is easy to operate. To start this tool, you don't need special skills such as the ability to drive when using an excavator.
The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of suppliers based on the AHP method at the highest weight level, the consistency level of supplier performance based on the smallest consistency value and predict demand with the selected value in the conversion in the kilogram model. The research methodology is quantitative integration of AHP- Single Exponential Smoothing. The data of this study is primary data covering the AHP of the questionnaire, secondary data covering the data of actual requests. This study states that the performance of suppliers includes Quality, Cost and Delivery with consistency with the smallest criteria, namely Delivery, Quality and Flexybility. Meanwhile, the demand prediction with a capacity of 1336 cups of arabica coffee was converted to a capacity of arabica coffee beans of 27 kg in April 2022. The implications of this study are expected to be carried out in determining the dumping factor is experiment with a dumping factor decision-making model that is adjusted to the needs of the TKP Coffee Shop. The suggestion of this study for researchers can then determine the estimated capacity of safety supplies and an economical ordering model.
Kebutuhan sistem informasi sebagai kunci dari inovasi-inovasi teknologi. Teknologi ini mulai diterapkan pada usaha mikro sebagai efisiensi di dalam usaha.Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai 1) perbandingan nilai eksisting dengan EOQ 2) perancangan sistem informasi berbasis Visual Basic dan Ms. Acces. Tahapan penelitian adalah menghitung nilai EOQ, membandingkan dengan eksisting dan merancang sistem baru berbasis visual basic dengan MS. Acces. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode EOQ adalah akurasi yang dapat menekan biaya persediaan. Biaya persediaan untuk tahun ke-2 sebesar Rp. 98.684.384, sedangkan eksisting sebesar Rp. 112.000.000. Metode EOQ dapat menekan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 13.315.616. Aktivitas konvensional dirancang dengan sistem visual basic dengan MS. Acces untuk mempermudah input kebutuhan pemesanan dan membuat anggaran biaya.
